"Very nice cottage, clean and well maintained. The view of the lake when you walk in the cottage is amazing. We had a few really hot days but it was nice sitting in the shade by the lake. One morning while enjoying our coffee an eagle flew over and the purple martins where very entertaining."

"Gull cottage is exactly as it appears. It’s well maintained and was perfect for our family weekend. Everyone asked if we could meet again here next summer because it had such a lovely interior and so many different places to hang out. And, we played a couple of competitive games of croquet in the back yard. "

"Great communication. Check in was easy and flexible. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The upstairs bed was extremely comfortable. The mini split in upstairs bedroom and the window AC in downstairs bedroom worked great. New refrigerator with cool ice spheres. It was great having access to the garage.House has great bones. It is undergoing lots of upgrades in between rentals, so expect a little dust and work in progress. Kitchen, upstairs and downstairs bathroom renovations look almost...

"Had a snafu on my end with checking in...the owner, Zachary, was very responsive, super helpful, kind and patient...I would recommend staying at this propery when visiting Fairport Harbor!!"

"Did an overnight trip to see a band play the grog shop. Place as described, easily within walking distance. Just know that Cleveland buildings are older, so no real central air or heating. "

"This lovely small home was perfect for attending our son’s graduation from CWRU. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and lots of high end pillows. Towels were soft and fresh smelling. The sitting and dining areas had comfortable furniture in good shape. The kitchen was a little dated but had everything we needed to make breakfast ( that’s all we cooked). The street was very quiet for sleeping"

"Lovely in Larchmere was a wonderful place to recouperate from surgery before heading home. Easy walking area, very close to parks, restaurants, etc. Easy to communicate with the host. Beds were comfy."
