"This is by far the best place we have stayed. Room for six of us to sleep, eat and enjoy the backyard, the house is spotless, well maintained and beautifully appointed. The view from the house and yard of the Lake is breathtaking. We played cornhole, made smores, and all settled in for a late night movie together. Very special place that helped make a special weekend spectacular. Thank you to Linda and Scott!"

"Gull cottage is exactly as it appears. It’s well maintained and was perfect for our family weekend. Everyone asked if we could meet again here next summer because it had such a lovely interior and so many different places to hang out. And, we played a couple of competitive games of croquet in the back yard. "

"This was a perfect location for my training at Case Western Reserve University! Very cute, cozy and clean, I enjoyed my stay and loved that I could walk all over. I did not need a car. I'll definitely stay at Diane's place again!"

"Property grounds were well maintained, JT was very responsive and easy to work with. Kitchen was well stocked and able to support a family of 10 kids and 10 adults well. Blackstone was a nice amenity. Pool area was well kept, clean, orderly. Gazebo was a nice gathering place and the outside fridge was very helpful. Three season room was the perfect gathering place at night for game nights. Only tiny, nitpicking items would be small showers, limited grill spatulas. Overall the family was very...

"Very nice, comfortable property in an excellent location. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the large outdoor deck. Several restaurants (and ice cream stand!) just a short walk away. Highly recommended!"

"Great communication. Check in was easy and flexible. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The upstairs bed was extremely comfortable. The mini split in upstairs bedroom and the window AC in downstairs bedroom worked great. New refrigerator with cool ice spheres. It was great having access to the garage.House has great bones. It is undergoing lots of upgrades in between rentals, so expect a little dust and work in progress. Kitchen, upstairs and downstairs bathroom renovations look almost...

"Kristen's carriage house was perfect for us as we were in town for the Clinic. It is so close that we took a Lyft car anywhere we went, including downtown. The carriage house was quiet and in a nice area to walk. We discovered the Lakeview Cemetery and the Garfield Monument for an excellent hike. Kristen has furnished the carriage house with comfy furniture and beds, along with high end appliances and electronics. Highly recommend!"

"This place was absolutely beautiful and was beyond clean! They went above and beyond providing all the necessary items you may have forgotten or needed through out our stay. I mean they really thought of everything! We just could not stop raving about this place! You can tell they really know what they are doing! Thank you for an amazing stay! We will definitely be back!
