"I broke a bone in my foot on the way to Milwaukee. Upon arriving, I could barely walk and couldn’t stand the pain and foot continued swelling. We were there a total of 15 minutes and needed to check out so I could go to urgent care and head home. The front desk was of zero help and no partial refund was given."

"We arrived and the property looks nothing like the pictures and is located in an area that does not seem safe. We checked in and they said it would be another $100 - after I questioned it they told me they didn’t charge me for it (I’ve come to find out that is false.) We get to our floor and the smell of weed is over powering, once we enter our room and shut the door we find what seems to be dried blood on the wall and red stains on the floor below. We left and did not stay."

"Room was unready for guests, specifically the shower curtain and lack of drainage in the bathtub. Our selected room was not ready at 8p upon arrival and we were told it would take another 2-3 hours before it would be ready so we were a little disappointed. Otherwise, bed was comfortable and check in/out process was easy enough."

"The room, towels bed linens as well As the kitchen stuff were clean. The breakfast could be improved. Oatmeal and bananas ran out 1 hour before closing. On a regular day, breakfast ends at 9:00 am. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was a total disappointment. For $17, the pack included two strips of bacon, over easy egg cooked on a messy grill, 5 sliced cherry tomatoes and a slice of bread."
