"Location , facilities etc all great communication with host not so much and it created uncertainty about the check in times and process as I had no access to any information despite calls and messages - my flight arrived late and was not sure what time check in times were available.
As a woman traveling alone at night in South Africa this is not acceptable "

"Amazing start to our South African holiday. Although the hotel is quite a way out from Midrand and there is no real shops around the hotel itself and the staff were brilliant. We rented four rooms I’mma put in the big house by ourselves except for the owner who also stayed them so we pretty much had the run at the house.
Tracy and the team couldn’t do enough and that was amazing, especially after a long flight. They let us check in early and had lunch under the laps which being that except...
