Menifee is home to several parks, golf courses, and nearby hiking trails for outdoor activities. And it’s within easy reach of major attractions such as Motte Historical Car Museum, DropZone Waterpark, and various lakes.
THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA
All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt.

THE 2 LIVING AREAS
The rooms are air-conditioned, and both feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. There is even a game console to keep things exciting. The bedrooms are furnished with 1 king bed, 5 Queen Beds, 1 Twin Bed with cozy linens and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, there's 1 Large Sectional Sofa and Futons where anyone can sleep. The 3 Futons can be laid down to create a twin-sized bed. Adventurous group can easily sleep 18-20 people in this house

Guest access
There is a small studio with their own private entrance on the left side of the house. They have their own yard and everything and they do not share anything with your group. The studio is another short-term rental. In summary, it's only your group who will have access to the entire 5-bedroom home.

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking

• Is smoking allowed? Please Smoke OUTSIDE of the home only. Do NOT smoke inside the home.
Our neighborhood is peaceful, so please keep noise levels Low. No parties or events.
Visitors (non-overnight guests) are also counted in the reservation as half guests.
