We came down for our son’s college graduation for the weekend. We had a party of six adults. The check in process was super easy. The house was very clean and communication with the host was seamless! The host checked in a couple times times during our stay to ensure that everything was ok. We would stay here again and highly recommend!

We came for 3 nights to visit out. Grandson, daughter and son in law. We spent most of our time at the house and it was peaceful. The house was in more of industrial area but that did really bother me that much.

Secure gated location. Safe area. Easy check in. Very nice property. Had everything we needed. Host was very kind and quick to respond. Clean home very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

We spent Valentines weekend with a friend couple enjoying Memphis. The property is fully gated and very secure. We did enjoy the overall layout, and amenities of the house itself, however, the weather didn't permit use of the outside amenities. It is located across the street from a municipal waste storage facility, but the aire didn't wander over to greet us. It is also located in a heavy distribution facility district south of the airport, and therefore there are many heavy trucks around, and the roads show it. It is less than a quarter mile from Mississippi, where we ended up going for food most often. The hostess was amazing, caring for all of our emergent needs like when we noticed a leak and checking in periodically and updating on the status. We also had an issue with the thermostat as it set off the freeze alarm, but we were able to remedy it quickly with her help. We do appreciate the recomendations for meals as nearby there is nothing. We would definitely look to choose this place again in the future if we have plans to visit Memphis again.

Every single thing about our stay was absolutely perfect! Communication with the property manager (Jacqueline) was seamless. She was prompt, personable, kind & gracious during the entirety of our stay. The home is gorgeous & tastefully decorated. The HUGE fully fenced yard was perfect for relaxing, playing catch (baseball), chasing lightning bugs at dusk & allowing our dog to safely roam. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt at home. It was welcoming, smelled amazing & was exceptionally clean. We were in town for the Dizzy Dean World Series baseball tournament & it's a 7 min drive to Snowden Grove fields. The property itself is incredibly beautiful & peaceful- exactly what we needed to rest & rejuvenate at the end of some very long, hot days. It was in a super convenient location, close to shopping, restaurants & anything else we may have needed. I truly can't say enough about how amazing the home & the property managers are. We would make the trip from FL again just to relax & refresh. 10 stars all the way around!!! Best VRBO experience ever. 💖

We came to Memphis to see all the Elvis stuff and some other things. This property was very nice and the location is ideal for the Elvis experience. 20 minutes from Graceland and only a little over an hour down to Tupelo, Mississippi. We had a dog with us and he throughly enjoyed the ample space to run in a huge fenced in property with a nice pond out back. I would definately stay here again!!

Our group came to town for the St. Jude Half-Ironman and this home was just what we needed! It is spacious, private and comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out and lovely community areas to come together to cook and hang out. The property is gated and backs up to a pond. It has a great charcoal grill which we used each night. From basics to thoughtful touches, this house has everything. We loved that each room has a recliner in addition to a large bed. The host, Jaqueline, stayed in contact with me all weekend and was available to answer questions right away! We all agreed we will definitely book again if we come back next year!

Our stay was so restful and relaxing. We came for baseball at Snowden Park ( 7 min away) so it was great to get out of the heat and relax at the house. Jacqueline our host was wonderful. She had everything we might possibly need for our late night arrival. From snacks to coffee/creamer shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent. It was amazing. No early morning rush out to get essentials. We felt welcome from the start. The property is huge and overlooks a beautiful pond. Enjoy the fireflies sparkling at night. Pictures don’t really do it justice. House is beautifully decorated. Highly recommend this property. We had an unforgettable time.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. The house was very nice and clean. Check in progress was very easy, communication with owner was great. She was very friendly, made sure we felt welcomed, she even had a gift bag for us. There was plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Location was good and the security around house made us feel very safe and secure.

My family and I love this property! This is what you have in mind when you say “ staycation” this property is PERFECT!!! If you’re ever in the are THIS IS THE PLACE TO BOOK. Ms. Jacqueline is the best with anything you need, she made it happen for us! I will definitely stay here again .
