Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay during my son’s baseball tournament at USA stadium. House is within 15 min drive to the stadium. Very roomy, well stocked, tvs and ceiling fans in bedrooms. Host was very nice and responded quickly.

Memphis Memories

My family enjoyed themselves tremendously at this private property. Activities for the children, room for the family, and the host of the place was delightful! He made us feel so comfortable and secure...I actually wish more renters had his upbeat attitude and welcoming charm. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Was in town with the family for the week for a wedding and the property was exactly as described! A very spacious and secluded property with modern amenities. Our communication with the owner was second to none and I could not have hoped for a more friendly and accommodating host. Thank you James!

Great Cousin’s Retreat

Great retreat for a group or family reunion. Contacted owner upon arrival who gave us code for gate, stayed on phone as we drove to house, and walked me through the house giving details and instructions on internet, ice machine, etc. Our first VRBO rental, and the experience couldn’t have been better. We have already relayed to owner that the kitchen lighting could have been better & there should be a few more towels, hand towels & washcloths in the linen closet. Overall, super property.

Great stay and well worth it.

This was a well-needed getaway for me and my brothers. The home was beautifully furnished and had a very comfortable and welcoming feel. We will definitely be recommending this home to other friends and family. The only issue I had with the stay was the wifi was not as strong as I would have liked it to be. Other than that this is a 5 star✨Review. Post Script there’s a lot of land here, don't be like us. Get out there and have fun.

Ok stay in Memphis

I have NEVER been asked to write down my driver's license / address/ DOB from any host...where is the privacy in that process....was not aware the owner would be in the bottom of the house....Not safe during Covid...no self entry initially.. The owner had to let me in the gate...and texted me for my arrival time...I was given a genie once on the property....just not an ideal stay for me....I should have been given the paper with my personal data on it when I left Identity theft can easily take place and I would not where it originated.

Very happy

We were very happy with our stay at this beautiful house. It was spacious, very clean, and very comfortable for our group of 4 couples. The owners were very helpful , even gave us a suggestion for a great restaurant for breakfast.

Simply Amazing

My and family absolutely loved this place. It was clean and spacious for all 8 of us. James was so nice and made us feel comfortable. I liked the fact it’s gated off and there’s Plenty of backyard to explore. The bedding was amazing too!!! Can’t comment on the WIFI because I didn’t really use it. We will definitely book again!

Memphis Getaway

We had a very nice time utilizing our accommodations...House is located on 20 beautiful acres of land just outside of Memphis....James was very helpful when problems arose. Needs to inform tenants of gate code so as not to be locked out when trying to check in and WiFi is spotty at best. Otherwise very roomy, clean and inviting....

Beautiful location , private , inside the house was very modern, beds where comfortable and clean, bathrooms big and clean. Hospitality to the fullest. Bluetooth speakers around the house and TVs in every room. Garage had pool table, vinyl record player , basketball , chairs beautiful set up for summer
