This place is HUGE with 5000 sqft, 7 bedrooms, 11 real beds (3 king and 8 queens), 3 bathrooms, with private parking lot that has 5+ parking spaces, perfect place to hold a family gathering but NO PARTY since there's a condo below you, no smoking inside and no pets. This condo is 2 blocks from the FedEx Forum.

Please note: this is not a new place and it’s not luxury at all. Its shabby-chic so don’t expect brand new... It’s very big and fun though.

This place is so fun for kids and adults with the ping pong table, foosball table, shuffleboard table, game room with cards and poker chips, and lots of board games like trivia, etc.

There are 3 full bathrooms, 3 with showers, but no tub.

This property has a gated and private parking lot that holds over 12 cars, which is shared with the upstairs.

You can walk down to Beale Street and it's only 2 blocks away, you will be right in the middle of the fun part of Beale.

I have no doubt you will love this place.

Very close (walking distance) to Beale Street, Riverwalk, Peabody Place, etc. VERY roomy. Gated parking provided an extra layer of security. Unit was older, and generally clean in the common areas. However, it could have used a deep cleaning (under beds, etc.) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent the same unit again.

The place is nasty

Only the beds were made. But every room was filthy. Including the refrigerator, microwave, oven. Also, nothing were like the photos. They removed the furniture in the pictures and replaced them with dirty hand me down furniture. Plus there was a strong odor of mold throughout the condo. People in my party left with headaches.Since the rooms were dirty, we ended up washing the towels and bedding. The property manager was not helpful at all.

Memphis In May

Exactly what we were looking for. Great location to Beale street, can walk with ease to and from and feel safe streets well lit. Private parking was great, this was for an all adult event we had we were in and an out a lot. Well stocked with cleaning and toiletries. There was no reason for me to reach out to the owner, everything was explained with ease no complaints.

Will definitely stay again!

Although there was a slight hiccup upon our arrival, management promptly responded and solved the issue.My family and I were in Memphis on a quick Spring Break getaway to the Memphis Zoo, Bealle St, and other sights- fun and historical. We had a blast and the kiddos LOVED the game room and the amount of space they had to romp and run. In particular, it was wonderful to have our cars in a safely locked parking lot right at the condo. We were able to walk just about everywhere (except the zoo) and didn’t have to worry about paying for parking. My one suggestion is to add a TV to the gameroon so the older kids and teens can hook up their gaming systems. Thanks for a lovely time!Thank you for such a lovely time!

Good location with plenty of space

A group of 6 friends (originally supposed to be 7 of us) came to Memphis for a long weekend. The location was perfect for the proximity to so many Memphis attractions. We walked to Central BBQ, National Civil Rights Museum, Beale street and Sun Records. It was a very short Lyft ride from the airport and then later to Stax Records. There was plenty of room in each of the 7 bedrooms, multiple beds to choose from, lots of room in the living room and kitchen. The 3 bathrooms were all large. The place was very clean and the kitchen had all the tools needed. The owner was quick to reply to any & all inquiries and very accommodating. Highly recommend to large groups. While the neighborhood looked dicey, we never felt unsafe.

Great for Guys Weekend

Came to Memphis for a long weekend guys trip. Great location within a quick walk to everything downtown (even better, grab a few of the electric scooter rentals from around town!). The property was perfect for 10 adults. Plenty of space,good vibe, and the shuffleboard and ping pong tables were the perfect touch to fill in the downtime. Would absolutely rent this property again if we come back to Memphis

Good for large (young) groups

We were an older group so our expectations may be higher than most. The place is much better suited for a younger crowd who don’t want to spend much time in the unit. Location: easy walk to Beale St but area was a little “sketchy”. Kitchen: Pots, pans, toaster could use refreshing. Host: very responsive and entry instructions were very good.

Big and roomy

This space was perfect for our group with plenty of room for everyone and ample secure parking. Felt quite safe at this location, especially with the gated fence. We were very comfortable and would stay here again.

Spacious refurbished warehouse with vintage flare

At first pullup, we were very skeptical about this location BUT never judge a book by its cover. Overall stay is 5stars.. Pros The Jamaican food truck across the street was EVERYTHING.. The location was very secure. The neighborhood was safe. Property was very spacious.. had enough room and beds for all of us.. Ice machine and water on the fridge. Location Location Location We loved the vintage feel.. Cons (these are all personal) Doesnt have tvs in every room.. I hate sleeping with no tv but we were able to enjoy Beale street.. Needs to put a tad bit more love in cleaning. The bathrooms were all clean but some areas need a little TLC..

Thanksgiving Blessing

The description is absolutely accurate! I’m so glad that the little ones had plenty of room to play and the game room was awesome. It is a shabby chic and it was perfect for us. There were plenty of games and a nice big table for all of us to eat and enjoy. The gate gave us a safe place to park. We will definitely try to reserve again and the location was AWESOME!! It’s one block from the Forum and a short walk to Beale street. We wanted for nothing! There were plenty of towels and linen for all. Thanks for making this memorable for my 90-year-old mom!!

Weekend in Memphis

Great place to stay if visiting for the weekend. Within walking distance to Beale St, restaurants, National Civil Rights Museum. Short ride to Graceland. The space was comfortable, eclectic and perfect for a group our size. Clean. The area isn’t the best but, since we were a group, never felt unsafe. The host was super responsive and accommodating and made some great recommendations for local eating spots. Would definitely recommend.

Experience was one of a kind for a group of guys looking for a place to accommodate everyone having their own large size bed, enough full bathrooms and overall space to move around, without hearing noise from the unit above.

Amazing and Perfect

This was our 2nd time at this location and it was perfect for what we needed it for. The beds are very comfortable and the hot water is on point. The gates are a plus and this will be the only place we will stay when we come to Memphis. All messages were responded to within minutes which is a major plus.

Great place if you want quick access to Beale and the Fed Ex Forum

We had a group of 14 going to a Grizzlies basketball game. We loved how easy it was to access Fed Ex Forum from here and Beale Street! The place is a little run down, but had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. We had 8 kids with us and there was plenty of entertainment for them
