"Jonny, the host was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Cannot be faulted. Room and en suite basic, but bed clean and comfortable. Plenty of storage drawers, small table and chairs a nice touch. Shower room small but clean, with good shower pressure. Although above a pub, the rooms are unexpectedly quiet. Budget-friendly - if you want all the “bells & whistles”, then you’d have to pay much more for a room. Well worth the money."

"unfortunately, this hotel was a very let down for the price. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which was never mentioned on the Expedia listing. The corridors were dusty and strong paint fumes, which brought on my astnma. If I had known about the building works, I wouldn't have booked. ​The room quality was also disappointing. Our bath towel had noticeable fake tan/makeup stains on it, and the room layout was poorly thought out, there was no plug socket near the kettle that actually...

"Good transport links. Room very clean. Staff exceptionally helpful. Does not do breakfast but sister inn close buy and plenty cafes nearby eg Starbucks . Only there for short while but hope to return and will stay again. "

"The apartment was in very poor condition, with damaged blinds, ripped wallpaper, and marks and scratches throughout. The outdoor area was also in a terrible state. There was constant noise from people upstairs shouting until 4 a.m., making it very disruptive. This accommodation is not suitable for a family with three children and is far from the luxury experience advertised—especially considering the high cost."

"Hotel itself was nice and the location was ideal for walking the city. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable (concrete slab), pillows were like marshmallows, the room was stuffy with no air flow and very noisy - not just traffic, but a constant machine/humming from the hotel or vents. ."
