"Excellent place to stay. Beautiful in every way for all aspects of a stay that you want. My only complaint really is that the rooms were noisy for different reasons we had to change our room at first. The first night the air conditioner was making a lot of vibrating sounds we recorded it and let the front staff hear it. They were so immediate and rectifying the issue and moving her. We also had people above us that first night that were making lots of noise during the middle of the night so...

"I like this hotel because, we had a poolside room. The pool area is not cold, it’s comfortable. The pool area does not smell like chlorine!! The hot tub and pool are right next to each other. Hot tub water floats over the wall into the pool so the pool is not freezing cold! It’s a great set up! Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable. Not the newest place, but for the money. It’s great. Will stay again. Precious (Mgr name) was super friendly!!"

"The hotel was fine, from front desk staff to amenities to room size to location. Road work nearby was not the fault of the hotel. On the other hand it was difficult, challenging and severely disappointing to deal with Expedia when I needed to make a change. There was no honest effort or customer service to work with me on my change request. I’m not sure I will use Expedia for any future travels."

"We spent couple of days the staff was so friendly and welcoming The second day we missed the breakfast by few minutes but the lady was so nice and she opened the waffle tray for my son and she grab some utensils to help us. We enjoyed our stay will definitely come back "

"Had a really pleasant stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was very family-friendly. The water park was a great experience for our 3yr old daughter, and the included breakfast was nice. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay."

"The pool and hot tub were nice and the pool side room options were nice as well. The room was very small, and the bathroom was at the back of the room instead of the front, putting the bed right by the door. Our stay was good overall and all the staff were very friendly and helpful!"

"The property was very up to date and clean. Staff was friendly and check in easy. The room was fairly spacious with a larger compact fridge and small microwave. TV sound did carry through the wall from the next room but it wasn’t loud enough to be an issue. The hotel is conveniently located to get back and forth to the university, although the city needs to repair the road the hotel is on. I did not partake of the breakfast so have no comment on it."
