"Clean room and breakfast was great"

"The room was OK but not great for the price. Extra daily “amenity” charges by the property were a surprise. We needed to leave a day early and the property wasn’t very helpful. They said I had to work with Expedia and Expedia said I had to work with the property to cancel the last day of my stay. In the end, it was too much hassle and I just paid the extra day. Not a great experience with either Expedia or the property."

"The bathroom smells a bit off, and my room’s air conditioning isn’t quite cutting it for a comfy temperature. I’ve tried calling the front desk a few times, but it seems like I’m getting through to no one."

"The place was very clean and the staff was very nice and helped the best they could. The breakfast was ok."

"The property is in need of significant upgrades. The shower was particularly disappointing—most of the water flowed down from the faucet instead of the showerhead, making it difficult to use properly. The refrigerator was functional but clearly outdated and in need of replacement. Another downside was the TV service, which relies on satellite, so it stopped working entirely during rainy weather. Overall, the stay was let down by these maintenance and amenity issues."

"This was my third stay with them. The staff were all great. The room was clean and comfortable. For the price it is a great place to stay. My only issue is with the breakfast bar. Kind of inconsistent. One morning there were condiments for the make it yourself biscuit sandwiches and the next there wasn’t. They were, albeit momentarily’ out of coffee and lastly the “fruit” juice dispenser claims “100 % Juice” but I’d be willing to bet it is not 100% juice. Tastes like juice drink and has bubbles...

"The Houstonian property and grounds are gorgeous and have amazing amenities. We visited the spa and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, massages, facials, and pool. We had snacks poolside in between appointments as well and the our services were delightful. The restaurant on site is a wonderful addition, the food is delicious and our waitress was super attentive. We always enjoy our stay here and look forward to returning soon!"

"Well, upon arrival The property was well maintained. Loved the pool area they also have a basketball court the lobby was clean staff was there to greet me and my family they were very helpful. The room I LOVED! The kitchenette mind you they have everything for you all you have to do is provide food you’d like to cook lol, Me and my family slept good the comfy beds we had the (one bedroom 2 queen beds) it was no noise very quiet security was also on site at night and after a certain time you...

"Esta linda la habitación, pero no está limpia.. el personal es grosero y a la salida no nos dieron el depósito porque lo dimos en efectivo y tenían que esperar a otra persona... Teníamos que salir a carretera temprano por lo tanto se quedaron con el dinero y al número que nos podíamos comunicar para el reclamo no contestan Para que consideren dejar el depósito en tarjeta"

"The room was incredibly musty smelling, causing all of my clothes and belongings to smell musty. The bed was incredibly hard. The staff were really nice though."
