- This spacious, rustic, custom log cabin has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Large gas fireplace, custom furnishings, smart TVs in each bedroom, upgraded wifi, new municipal water . Ping pong table, indoor shuffle board and corn hole in the basement area! Outdoors there are 4 kayaks for your use, a fire pit and bocce balls. Phenomenal fishing at the shoreline or from a kayak. Striped Bass, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass and others!
A short drive to Saratoga Springs or Albany. Saratoga Lake is nearby for summer fun and West Mountain for skiing and tubing in the winter. Albany International Airport is approximately 18.5 miles away

Clean and convenient
The property was well supplied and clean. The kitchen, the restrooms and the rooms were well equipped to meet all needs and were clean. We went during the snow and road leading to the property was plowed and maintained.
Definitely will visit again in another season.

Room for everyone.
Beautiful house on a beautiful lot right on the river. Everything you would need is there except for food and beverage. We had a great Labor Day weekend!

Perfect Property Close to Troy and Albany!
We rented this beautiful property for our son's college graduation from RPI. The place is stunningly beautiful! The sunsets were amazing. So much room for everyone in our small group. We loved the fire pit and wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy some time on the water. Amazing host who quickly responds and makes sure everything we needed was handled. I highly recommend this perfect property!

Good times good times
Great property- clean spacious and fully outfitted with everything you need. Vincent was 100% responsive and a great host. Family members were very happy and overall just a wonderful experience. Air conditioning system is window units which are fine for bedrooms, the main room however is slightly lacking in the AC arena. It was pretty loud as well but it was all good.
Two thumbs up- would stay again without question.

Great Location
The home was amazing and is everything we expected.
Communication with whomever was managing the property was not good.
The check in email didn't come until the morning of. I had other questions on the AV system that were never answered.
Overall, the home was a 9 and Communication was a 1

Log Cabin
I had a great stay at Vincent’s home. I went with a few friends to attend the Saratoga race track for the weekend. It was about a 30 minute commute but I had no trouble driving or getting an Uber to the racetrack. The house was very spacious and clean. I would definitely come back to this house and recommend it for anyone looking for a great house to stay set back in the woods. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great and a awesome kitchen and BBQ for all our cooking needs were provided when we stayed in the night. Vincent also is very responsive on all my emails so that was truly appreciated.

Spacious but smelly
The house was plenty large enough for our group and the lawn had some fantastic open and flat space to enjoy. Unfortunately, there is an overwhelming sulfuric odor coming from the plumbing fixtures. This made it difficult to walk past the restroom never mind use it. The grill igniter did not work, but luckily there were some stick lighters to use. The grill itself was not cleaned well and the grease trap spilled over. There were also very limited trash bags and the larger roadside cans were already 3/4 full, we assume from previous guests.

Relaxing and Peaceful!
Vincent is a wonderful host! The house and property were stunning with a great view of the lake and the house was so spacious and super clean. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away and escape the city. Even though my guests and I only stayed for a few nights, we'll definitely be back in the near future hopefully for a longer stay! 10/10 for sure!

Son’s graduation
My youngest graduated from college in albany area. Needed a place for 8 people. This was our 1st time ever doing anything like this. Everything was just as stated & Vincent was very responsive with any question or concern. No need to go anywhere, the house was stocked with games to play to kayaking to sitting around the fire pit. For our short stay we had everything we needed. Truly a gem. Only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.
