Other things to note
* Dogs are permitted outside and in the “members area" at night, and in the living room and kitchen but not in the bedrooms. Members is fully enclosed and safe and warm for dogs.
* The backyard is fully fenced so kids and dogs cant escape
* Beach towels are not provided
* No schoolies or groups under the age of 25 years, no parties and quiet after 11pm please
* Prompt assistance is only a phone call or text away

- All Long Weekends must be a 3 night booking
- A weekend booking must include the Friday and Saturday nights
-Note that this property is in a quiet residential area and has a "no party" policy
- No smoking inside
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Groups under 25 years of age will not be accepted. Strictly no Schoolies
- Guest Registration and Photo ID may be required and confirmation of booking may be subject to approval by management
- There is strictly no cleaning fish in the house
In Summer months the check in time is 3pm and check out time is strictly 10am as we have many back to back bookings.
There is a fireplace and you will need to bring your own wood and kindling which is easily purchased at service stations or Mitre 10 just off Sorrento Main Street.
Please strip beds at end of stay and put sheets in laundry.
Please put all garbage in bins and take away any extra that does not fit. The bins are collected early Monday morning.
No noise after 11pm
