Emerald Ridge B&B's fully equipped self-contained 2 bedroom cottage is set on a 10 acre hobby farm in Emerald.

You are welcomed by a grand stone entrance with a gently winding tree lined driveway which leads up to the cottage.

The cottage is new, modern, clean and features;

- 2 bedrooms with Queen beds in each room, option of adding two single trundle beds to accommodate a total of 6 people

- a fully equipt kitchen with oven, cooktop, rangehood, microwave & dishwasher. Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Coffee pod machine, kettle, a range of teas & hot chocolate.

- breakfast provisions include eggs, bacon, yoghurt, cereals, porridge, juice, milk, bread, pancake mix, fruit & baked beans.

- large bathroom with double shower, double vanities and heated towel rail. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied.

- verandahs to front and back overlooking the valley, paddocks, animals and gardens. There is a BBQ on the rear verandah for guests to use.

- large flat screen TV's with Netflix and Wifi included

- gas log fire and air conditioning in Living area and Bed 1

- plenty of free parking

- all linen, towels slippers and gowns included

We are a family friendly property with :

- children's books, games and toys. Netflix for movies. Dolls house and car garage.

- elevated cubby house with sandpit underneath and swing set

- animals to feed and pat such as ponies, horses, goats, cats & a golden retriever.

Local attractions include,

- puffing billy, only a 2 min drive to the Emerald Station or 4min to Emerald Lakeside

- popular restaurants such as Bam Bam Italian, Elevation, Paradise Valley Hotel, the Independant, Oh My, the Cuckoo restaurant and many more

- lovely walks all within a 10 min drive. Sherbrooke Falls, Cardinia Reservoir, Emerald Lake, the famous 1000 steps walk.

- villages of Olinda and Sassafrass. Enjoy the charm and ambience of historical Villages. Shopping, teamed with the sophistication & style of city shops. You'll find unique fashion boutiques, homewares, jewellery and toys as well as the largest range of teas in Melbourne.

This gorgeous cottage is situated in the most sumptuous grounds. Enjoyed a great stay with my 16yo. The house had everything we needed, including very generous breakfast offerings. The beds were super comfy. And to top it off our host even gave us a lift back after we did a great walk to Cockatoo.

A fabulous mini break. The property is amazing. It has everything we needed and more and is impeccably kept. Beautiful views, so I felt relaxed as soon as a arrived! The kids loved feeding the horses and jumping on the ginormous trampoline! We will be back.

We stayed for a long weekend and loved it! Breathtaking views, well equipped cottage and the kids loved feeding the ponies.Some of our highlights were the great breakfast provisions, gas log fire, books & magazines, toys & games, bathrobes & slippers, wine & chocolate on arrival, wifi & netflix, great linen and heated towel rail. Such relaxing weekend and the gardens were beautiful. Thank you Bec, all the little things makes it extra special! Highly recommend.
