It is also furnished with all new, premium mattresses, high quality furniture, Smart TVs, high speed internet , BbQ , Hammocks and so much more.. for you and your family to enjoy.
The house sits on 0.61 acres of land with a private pond! You may see wild ducks hanging around at the backyard sometime. It's a pet friendly house with fenced backyard, pet door.

This property was unsafe, unsanitary, and misrepresented. On arrival, the entrance reeked from a maggot-filled trash can, and the exterior was scattered with cigarette butts, broken blocks, nails, and trash. The pool had broken, sharp edges and filthy furniture. Inside, there was a strong odor of cannabis, tobacco, and mold with visible mold spores. The house was humid and musty, triggering immediate respiratory issues in my children. Furniture was stained, the fridge held spilled liquid and an empty vodka bottle, and the bunk bed was dangerously unstable. The host refused to cancel/fully refund despite these serious concerns, the unsafe conditions and us immediately leaving upon check-in and not staying there…

Very Disappointing

Our stay was a huge disappointment. The photos online were very misleading — the place was run down, outdated, and not well maintained. It was dirty when we arrived, with obvious signs that it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly (dust, hair, and a musty smell throughout).The furniture was uncomfortable, and the beds felt like sleeping on springs. Basic amenities were missing or broken — no working TV, spotty Wi-Fi, and the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked as advertised.The outdoor area, which we were excited about, was in poor condition and not somewhere we wanted to spend time. It was clear that upkeep is not a priority for this property.Communication with the host was frustrating. Responses were slow and not helpful when we brought up our concerns. For the price we paid, this was absolutely not worth it.We left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others. Save your money and book somewhere!

Lots of flies

Any family is good. Staying in a home is by far more appealing than a hotel.We've had great experience with Vrbro in the past Thìs house was less desirable. Old trash left behind that invites 100s of flies .Hard to enjoy back yard or pool area ..No remote for tv.Garage door wouldnt work.Lights in living room hanging out of ceiling .

This house was great!

We really loved this house. It was roomy clean comfortable and had EVERYTHING you need for vacation. I really enjoyed the big salt water pool and my dogs loved the huge yard. Yard is so huge so if you have dogs this is the house you want to stay in! They had so much to explorer!I loved having coffee and walking around the yard in the mornings listening and watching the wild life. This house is close to everything. Took is 9 minutes to get to the beach, about 4 minutes to get to down town which is so nice and quaint. Lota great places to eat on the river too. I recommend Frigates.The host was incredible in responding. The responses were like minutes after you asked. The only thing I would change is better furnishing on the patio. Though they were still comfortable they're a bit wore out. The patio was so big and nice to sit on and watch the rains.The neighborhood was a quaint quite family and empty nesters neighborhood. The location and the home made our vacation that much better!

Perfect

Place was perfect for us. Our own house was located not too far away and we were have some construction going on in our house and we need a place to stay. This place fit the bill perfectly. It had everything we needed plus a big back yard that our grandson loved running around on. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and family friendly beaches. Perfect!

This house was a great location with its proximity to Florida Tech. We had plenty of room for everyone and we enjoyed the pool. We will be staying again in the future.

Not what we expected!

The first thing I would like to say is that the host tried her best in making the accommodations more comfortable. She was quick to respond to all of our initial concerns. Upon arrival, the house aesthetically looked very nice. Unfortunately, there was a broken window in one of the guestrooms. The toilet in the second bathroom would not flush, nor would the tank fill. The outside garden oasis was anything, but that. The pool had broken tiles, it was dirty, my husband had to wash the patio down three times because of the mold and blackness all over the patio. The furniture was not able to be sat on because it was old and dirty. The barbecue grill was in operable because obviously people did not clean any Of the grates In the grill. The furniture that we were able to sit on was a card table and four folding chairs. There were two plastic Adirondack chairs and one of them was broken. The host notified her handyman who came rather quickly to check the toilet, which was unable to be fixed, and we needed to pour water into the tank in order for it to flush. After a day and a half the toilet began to flush again on its own. The host had the handyman obtain a new barbecue grill, which was delivered the next day. This house has a lot of potential to be what the host is advertising. As a Vrbo client when I see a property online and all of the amenities that are supposed to be included, I expect them to be in good working order, With paying a cleaning fee, All should be clean!

Nice vacation house with all amenities

We really liked the holiday home and everything we needed was there. The property with pool is very big and beautiful. There was enough space for seven people. Very good contact with the landlord. It was a wonderful holiday.

Perfect for our family

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The house was very clean and a very warm feeling. It was perfect for our family and dogs. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. We will definitely be back. The host responded very quickly to any of our needs.

THEY CAME INTO THE PROPERTY WHILE WE WERE GONE

The property contact person admitted that they came into the house while we were gone, they took furniture out of the house. Which left us with just a couch for all of us to sit at, my belongings were messed with. And they kept messing with the front door lock with the keypad app and locking and unlocking the door. I immediately called VRBO they said that is completely unacceptable they should never enter the home while it is being rented. We left immediatly and are getting a full refund. They also did not tell us that landscaping was coming to cut grass and my children were outside in the backyard playing when a man came through the gate to cut the grass. And I'll be honest with you we conseal carry in our family and it was almost a very bad day for everyone. This is not a safe rental at all, they do not communicate with you. All I got was a "my bad" as a reply when I asked did they enter the property when we we're gone. So we had to find a hotel for the rest of our stay there. Furthermore, this location was not clean. The bathtub had mens beard hair or 'other' hair in the tub. I had to clean the tub before I could give my daughter a bath. Light fixtures didn’t work, you don’t have access to the pantry so all your groceries have to sit on the counter. They had really great photos done because the house does not fully represent the photos, a closet door is broken and hanging off. Everything else is just pieced together its not esthetically pleasing.

Beach

House was beautiful and very clean . It was very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool after a beach day and evening swims . Plenty of linens and having a beach cooler along with umbrellas was so convenient. The owner was always reachable and pleasant. We would definitely rent again when we come to back .

Great for families, location is great!

We booked this rental based on location to the Space Coast stadium, personal pool and fenced in back yard. The rental did not disappoint. The owner was wonderful with anything we needed or issues we had. She was very quick to respond and very helpful, which we were very appreciative of. The home was spacious for our family of 6 and dog. The property was nice well kept and pool was a lot of fun. The pool lights up in the evening, is heated and has pool floats and toys. The beach is was just over the bridge (within 10-15 minutes away) depending on which beach you want to go to. A lot of restaurant options nearby or wishing a quick drive. Space Coast Stadium is about 25 minutes away which was great. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has your primary appliances & utensils needed. I would recommend to friend and family. Thank you again for allowing us to rent your property!

Highly recommended!

This home is very clean and well kept. Everything worked well and the home seemed to be fully updated. The pool was larger then expected and clean and heated! The backyard pool area is lit up very nice at night and is very quiet. The pool is also lit up with changing colors. The owner is very attentive. We all had a great time here and I would defiinitely recommend staying at this home.

Very nice house in Melbourne FL

We enjoyed our stay in your home, it is spacious and has all the services to satisfy your guests. The pool was really appreciated when we came back from our activities. The supply of beach towels and shower towels is not lacking, there is something for everyone. The rooms are well appointed and large. Thank you for everything.

Baseball in paradise.

My oldest son (15y) had a baseball tournament in USSSA Space Coast, 20 mins away. We stayed with other son 13y and daughter 12y. Another family stopped in 2adults 3kids, 15,13, 12. Even though it was close to alot of activities besides baseball we stayed at the house for over 80%of the time. They loved it, it was a family dream vacation. 3 trips to the beautiful Melbourne beach, 1 to the downtown shops. If we needed anything we looked in the cupboards and found it. Any problems, 30 secs to 2 min response time from owner. Backyard was huge, loved by our 18month old husky. Pool, movies, bbq, games, location....it had it. Thank you so much !!

I stayed there with my wife and family, it is a lovely place. We enjoyed the beach which was a short drive away as well as the pool and the fire pit at the house The host was very responsive to answer our questions during the trip. Overall great experience. Thanks!
