Pet friendly, wifi and fully fenced

This 3 bedroom cottage is just perfect for family and friends to enjoy their holiday together.

Located a short distance from the fabulous Tyrone Foreshore, Rye Cosy cottage is fully equipped for you to relax and unwind complete with heaps of board games and a bocce set which can be played in the huge back yard.

The back yard is fully fenced which is perfect for pets and children.

Entering the property via a security door, the lounge area there has a large smart TV and ceiling fan.

Adjoining the lounge is the kitchen which is well equipped with a microwave and coffee machine. There are large glass sliding doors & flyscreen door to the outdoor entertaining area.

The outdoor BBQ and entertaining area contain an outdoor setting and gas BBQ, the perfect place to enjoy dinner on a warm night.

The house has several ceiling fans throughout, a large split air-con unit which filters through the property, pedestal fans and other smaller heating units for bedrooms if required during winter.

A separate toilet, washing machine & clothes dryer plus a central bathroom complete with bathtub for the little ones.

This property is a short drive to the famous Peninsula Hot Springs, and some of the many golf courses and wineries on the Peninsula.

It is also only a 5-minute drive to the main street of Rye there is plenty to do and keep you entertained. Browse the many shops and cafes in the area, visit the local markets and of course the beautiful beaches. The Rye carnival operates on the foreshore from the start of the Christmas school holidays until Australia Day weekend.

Please note - Guests are to supply their own linen including sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats, and tea towels or a linen service may be provided upon request.

Perfect Rye beach stay for families and pets

Great beach house that was perfect for our whole family and was secure for our dog which provided peace of mind when spending time at the beach and visiting local attractions when we couldn't take him.

Clean and comfortable

We had a great getaway and enjoyed the Easter weather. Our fur babies enjoyed running around outside however due to dry weather there are lots of prickles on the ground. Although the house is old is was clean and very comfortable. Thanks for letting us stay.

Great family home in a nice quiet street

Great 3 bedroom family home in a lovely quiet street. Easy drive to the main road, and not far from the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Plenty of pace for our family, comfie beds and well equipped kitchen. The large TVs and streaming services were great and WIFI was excellent. The backyard is secure, shady and big, although a good pruning would be nice. Would stay here again.

Beach holiday

Great location and the house suited our needs. Well stocked kitchen and included all expected pantry items. Smart tv and internet were welcomed features. Noisy hot water tap in kitchen and the bunk bed in third bedroom not very solid and mattresses to bunk beds considered too saggy. (Top bunk was not used during our stay). There was also a noticeable embedded smokey smell in the living room furniture. Backyard is big and securely fenced. Overall enjoyed our stay.
