  • En lo alto de los pisos 27 y 28 en la Citypoint Tower de Melbourne en la famosa Bourke St. de Melbourne Justo en el corazón de la ciudad se encuentra este impresionante ático de gran tamaño de dos pisos, tres dormitorios, dos baños y medio. Con 200 m² de espacio habitable en dos niveles, tiene ventanas de piso a techo con balcones para tomar lo que se conoce como el "New York End" de Melbourne hacia Docklands y el Estadio Etihad.

    Este apartamento extremadamente cómodo viene completo con aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso, TV de pantalla plana, lavadora, secadora, horno, vitrocerámica, microondas, área de trabajo para computadoras portátiles, amplio espacio de vida y puede alojar hasta 8 personas de manera muy cómoda.

    El apartamento tiene un balcón en la sala de estar y también en el dormitorio. Para hacerte sentir como si estuvieras en una instalación estilo centro turístico, hay una piscina cubierta, spa, 2 canchas de tenis, un completo gimnasio de estilo atlético y una zona de barbacoa al aire libre. También hay aparcamiento vigilado en las instalaciones.

    Muy cerca de los edificios de la exposición, el Crown Casino y el Etihad Stadium. Estar en la zona de tranvía libre lo hace ideal para toda la comida y las compras por las que Melbourne es tan famosa.

Right outside is the tram stop inside the free loop, we were able to get everywhere we wanted to. Loved dinner at Pellegrini’s Expresso Bar, we ate in the kitchen! Food was amazing. Also try Johnny, Vince, and Sam’s on Lygon Street, well worth the wait. Room was very comfortable for the 5 of us. A slight drain odor one day so we left all the bathroom fans on. Communication with the hosts was outstanding!!

Great Location and Amenities

Great spacious apartment that has everything you need for a trip to Melbourne. Well located with plenty of shops, supermarkets, convenience stores within a stones throw and public transport straight in front. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone travelling to Melbourne that wants space.

Spacious clean well located apartment

Plenty of room in this light filled apartment for the six of us. Very clean bathrooms and comfy beds. Location very handy for a short walk across the river to South Bank and NGV and city shops. An excellent Melbourne apartment.

The one with the secret bathroom

Great location and spacious apartment but check-in was tricky (have to meet a concierge at a pre determined time at the bottom of the building) a bed broke and we didn’t find the third bathroom for a few hours. Checkout required running the keys back upstairs which is awkward.

I chose this property for reunion with female family members from interstate. The property and location was excellent - we had a great time and would book again in a heart beat. Thank you, everyone had a great time and loved their stay 😊

Wonderful weekend in Melbourne from country Victoria. Easy meeting arrangements to get keys. Great location for AFL footy. Shopping, fabulous eating. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, very roomy, big living area for the 5 of us comfortable beds, great views, Brock very professional and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble for the concierge, all of them. A great stay.

Great location and space

We enjoyed our time in melbourne. The location was perfect for us. Trams right out the front and so close to Southern Cross station. Lots of space inside and a decent size kitchen. We’ll be back.

Great location, lovely apartment

Had a great time in this apartment! Checking in was a breeze and it was always easy to communicate with our host - this was especially helpful because we had some a/c issues the first 2 days. The apartment is clean, really big, and well-appointed. It's a 1 minute walk from Southern Cross Station, from which you can take the Skybus directly to the airport. Tons of good food in the area, with a free tram stop just outside. Highly recommend this place!

excellent location and spacious

Very friendly atmosphere with concierge Stephen extra helpful and with a personal touch. Convenient location with tram stop right at front door and great cafes very close by. 2707 has north facing living room and bedrooms with warming sunshine all day. Very spacious, tastefully decorated and well appointed.
