As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a welcoming living space complete with a heater/air conditioner to keep you comfortable year-round. Kick back and relax on the plush couch as you enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV, or stay connected with loved ones back home using the complimentary Wi-Fi.
The well-equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring a fridge, microwave, stainless steel cooking appliances, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a pod coffee machine for your convenience. There is also a table with 2 chairs which is perfect for a meal or maybe to catch up on some work. When you check-out you will be required to leave the property in a neat state including dishes washed and put away, used towels left in the bathroom for the cleaners to collect, fridge empty, all personal items taken & rubbish removed and disposed of. This will ensure the cleaners can prepare the property for the next guest. If extra time is required for cleaning then we will put in for additional costs through the booking platform.
The bed in this property is provided with a fitted sheet, doona with cover and 2 pillows with covers. A top sheet is not made up on the bed but it supplied in the bedroom cupboard if you would like to use it.
Please note: Our check in time is 3pm and our check out time is 10am, we are unable to allow early check ins or late check outs. There is also no bag drop or storage available at this property.
We also only accept guests with a proven positive history with this property due to Owners Corporation requirements.
As an extra security measure for the property we may require the below information to be sent through prior to finalising your booking:
