Indulge in a city escape for up to four guests staying in a contemporary, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that has loads of natural light and all the modern conveniences. A bright living area features an L-shaped couch, glass coffee table and a huge, flat-screen TV and is framed by floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead you to your own private balcony. By morning, sip a cup of hot coffee as you gaze over the city skyline; and by evening, enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the sun sink behind the buildings.

Come evening, cook up a storm in the compact, yet fully-equipped kitchen featuring premium appliances including a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, and all the cooking utensils you’ll need; then gather around the glass dining table that can fit four guests and enjoy your meal.

When it’s time to retreat to the bedroom, take your pick from a master bedroom or a bright second bedroom. The first bedroom features a plush queen bed with built-in, mirrored wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom; while the secondary bedroom also comes furnished with a queen bed topped in high-quality linen and built-in mirrored wardrobes. Both bedrooms feature the luxury of black-out blinds. The main bathroom is contemporary and pristine and is fitted with a spacious vanity, shower and toilet, and sits near a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

Convenient additions include secure parking for one car, air conditioning and heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi; while the luxuries can be found in the high-end building amenities. Sweat it out at the fully-equipped gym, play a game of table tennis at the ping pong table, relax in any of the communal indoor or outdoor dining areas, make use of the shared BBQ facilities, or get your heart rate up with some laps in the indoor pool. If you intend to use the pool you will need to bring your own pool towel.

The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself and you'll have full access to communal building amenities like the indoor pool, ping pong table. gym and BBQ area. Please make yourself at home!

The riverfront suburb of Southbank is an ideal place to base yourself while exploring Melbourne’s alluring culture, surrounded by endless culinary options. Head to the Yarra riverfront to enjoy luxurious waterfront dining at Rosetta and an array of entertainment at South Wharf, or spend an afternoon discovering street art at Hosier Lane.

For a local favourite check out popular bar, Arbory Afloat, on a sunny afternoon. Cross the river into the CBD to enjoy a rooftop drink at Madame Brussels, a laneway-style party at Section 8, or elevated Italian fare at the trendy Marameo restaurant. Finish the night off with a drink at Berlin Bar—a quintessential Melbourne bar that pulls inspiration from the city it is named after, splitting itself into the opulent West Side and the no-frills East Side.

You’ll also be primely positioned to discover the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV), Eureka Tower Skydeck, SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium and the Arts Centre.
