An inviting, open layout extends to a private balcony, perfect for an alfresco BBQ when you’re not making use of the shared pool and sauna in Pearl Tower.
Situated within the prestigious Pearl Tower, this expansive apartment offers a comfortable and convenient retreat while you work, relax, or discover the city, with spectacular views overlooking the Melbourne skyline from just about every room.

Guests are welcomed by a generous, open-plan layout that includes a lounge, dining and kitchen area featuring elegant, high-quality furnishings. Whether you choose to settle in on the sofa with a movie or curl up on the oversized armchair with a good book, there is plenty of space for everyone to unwind.

The well-appointed kitchen has all you need to cook up a family feast with some fresh produce from the local market, including a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave and other cooking basics such as pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy meals at the six-seater table or head outside to your private, north-facing balcony, where you can fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco while taking in sweeping views of the city.

This contemporary, family stay accommodates four adults and two children, with the master bedroom offering a queen-size bed, the second bedroom offering a double bed, and the third bedroom with a kids' bunk bed. The washer and dryer are in the third bedroom closet so they are out of sight when not in use. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, and in both the ensuite and main bathroom you’ll find a modern vanity and walk-in shower as well as all the essentials such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer.

Guests can take advantage of the building's shared amenities in Pearl Tower, including a pool and sauna. Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, central heating and cooling throughout, and secure parking for one car on the premises.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Thick dust, filthy with hair in both bathrooms and on 1 bed. Silucone bra support melted inside bedroom lamp. Bbq was not usable. 1 tea towel, pillows rock hard. 2 teaspoons of sugar for a whole week and refrigerator allowed butter to melt. Bedroom with bunks had strong chemical smell where washing/dryer was in cupboard and could see spilt chemical between machine and wall. Building garbage chutes were packed full so had to keep smelly garbage in apartment all week. Great, excellent location, especiallynear the Crinitis Italian restaurant in southbank- so authentic, large beautifulmeals. Building has a steam and sauna, great pool, spa and gym and views. Was so difficult to get checkin details, had to make numerous calls, emails, contact with stayz!. Stayz people were great. Host was just too difficult. Still awaiting reply and my trip has finished. Plus, when i finally got checkin details (at a convenience shop) the shop person refused to hand over keys before taking a photo of 2 IDs. Checkin details just said show ID. But i was left with little choice. Really dissatisfied. I will never stay there again or use the same host.
