The stunning ground floor space, with newly polished kauri pine floors, together with new designer furniture and original artwork, is the perfect balance of comfort, style and relaxation.

SLEEPING
Our home can accommodate up to 5 people

Main Bedroom: Sink into the plush comfort of a King-sized bed after a day of exploring Melbourne.
With double doors opening to the garden courtyard, you’ll enjoy the fresh breeze and natural light.
Ample built-in robes provide convenient storage for your belongings, keeping the space tidy and organised.

Second Bedroom: Equally inviting, with double doors also opening to the rear courtyard, this room features King single bunks with trundle ( sleeping 3 adults comfortably) and built-in storage, providing a peaceful haven for your stay.

KITCHEN/DINING/LOUNGE
In the heart of the home lies a fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances to ensure that you can enjoy both cooking at home, in addition to all the local dining specialties.

With a dining area to seat up to 6 people, plus an elegant and comfortable designer modular lounge and leather recliner chair, you’ll never want to leave.

Outside, private front and rear courtyards beckon, offering serene spaces to unwind and soak in the tranquility of your surroundings.
Reverse-cycle air-conditioning means you will be comfortable in any season.

Perfect Location

Such a lovely spot for our short trip to Melbourne. Close to the beach and cafes, easy parking, comfy and had everything we needed.
