This property has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is less than 500 feet from the most beautiful beaches on the Space Coast and a short walk to Indian River Lagoon sunsets as well as the shops, restaurants, and parks of historic downtown Melbourne Beach.

Once you arrive at Peace on the Beach, you can park your car and forget all of your stress. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short beach cruiser ride. When we visit the house, we walk to the breakfast shop, grocery store, burritos, pizza, and ice cream! Never having to drive or cross any streets to get to the beach or to the main streets of Melbourne Beach is wonderfully relaxing. The large outdoor living area is so special that you may find yourself eating every meal outside. We hope you love this little beach town as much as we do.

We had a great time! The location is wonderful and the house had everything we needed. The back porch and pool area were spectacular. Of particular importance to us, as seniors, were the grab bars in the shower and the grab bar leading into the pool. We also appreciated the excellent lighting in the home. Our only complaint is that our stay was too short! We hope to return.

Beautiful Home

Had an amazing stay, and will definitely be back in the future! Perfect location, close to the beach, beautiful heated pool, and had everything you could possibly need. Communication was great, and always quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Beach Stay

A great place to unwind and relax! The house was clean and had everything! It was very comfortable for a family of 4. The beach is a short walk on a quiet street. The in ground pool was a great addition also! There are stores and restaurants within walking distance of the house. We would definitely return!

Fabulous stay

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed at this house during our summer vacation. The house is so close to the beach, the shops/restaurants and the pier on the river. We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the back porch. Ron, the host, was quick to respond to anything we needed. We will definitely stay at this house again.

Outstanding Vacation Home

Home is very cozy and clean. The pool is very nice as is the covered and screened back porch. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach is very convenient. Our youngest grandson had never seen the ocean and he had an absolutely great time playing in the ocean. I highly recommend this home and we’ll book it again when we go back.

Great location and pool!

Great location within walking distance to both sunrise and sunset over the water. Lovely big beach close enough to walk back for lunch. Ron, we really appreciated the bikes, beach chairs, towels, cooler and beach cart. The house was clean and well equipped with ample linens, but the air-conditioning can be a little loud at night. The pool is perfect for early morning or evening swims. The Melbourne Market is within walking distance and offers fresh pizza, but don't miss the smoothies at Cafe Surfinista. Overall, we had a great stay and felt right at home. Thanks for sharing Ron.

Beautiful Home

This was such a beautiful and clean home. 2-5 min walk to the beach! The heated pool was a plus. The home had everything you needed for a fun and relaxing stay. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Melbourne Beach must stay.

Clean, comfortable, convenient - ideal for 4 of us to have a beach holiday. Easy walk to the beach which was quiet and lovely sand and the host provided everything we needed. Swimming pool and screened in patio was where we spent all our time. Quick responses from host and property manager to any questions. The sleeper sofa is new and sooo comfortable! Recommend with no reservations 😊

50-somethings stopping in to relax for a few days in the sun. Wonderful property. Accomodating owner. If you cant walk to it in five minutes from the house, you really dont need it that bad could not recommend this property more highly. Six stars?

Christmas Vacay

Parents and 3 young adults ages 21-25. Property was actually closer to the beach than what we thought (only 4 houses away from the ocean)! You could hear the crash of the waves from the house. Ron was excellent at communicating from booking, answering all of my questions and well wishes! Beautiful landscape and the pool is was great!

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect and was in the best location to the beach and restaurants! We didn’t get to swim. But I am sure the heated pool would have been nice too! Communication with everything was fast and easy! Would definitely refer our friends and family!

Family beach trip

Our family of 6 (3 couples) had a great stay here! The proximity to the beach was perfect, took less than 5 minutes to be on the sand! And the private pool and screened porch were great to enjoy after a day at the beach! House is super clean & probably one of the best stocked homes we have stayed in. Would definitely come back if our family decides to vacation in Melbourne Bch again & would highly recommend to others.

Perfect Location!

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location is perhaps the best feature. It is perfectly located, a 3 min walk to the beach on a quiet street. The beach was not crowded at all. It is a short drive to more activities in Cocoa Beach. We liked that we could also walk to the grocery store, library, restaurants, local park (great play structures for all ages). The pool in the back yard is wonderful for a refreshing dip in the summer heat. Lots of pool and beach toys to choose from, great for families. The house was very clean. We would definitely come back to stay.

Amazing Stay!!!

I can't say enough great things about the house and location! The host was very responsive! The house is very clean and has everything you need. Beach, stores and restaurants are a short walk. It was great to jump in the pool after a day at the beach! Loved all the palm trees and tropical feel!! Thanks so much!! We'll be back!!!

Perfect beach stay

The house was perfect for my family. The pool and the porch were our favorite part of the house. We spent many hours out there. And the proximity to the beach was perfect. Everything was so clean - I never saw one single bug inside the house. We will definitely stay again when we return.

Awesome Get away

Very nice property. Close to a great market and cafe. Loved the bikes in the garage and how well stocked the property was. Gas grill a real plus. Very close to the beach located on a quiet street. The real gem in this property was the porch and pool area. The back yard is beautifully landscaped and the pool must be virtual brand new. Loved it.

Family Fun Time!

Wonderful Property! I grew up in Melbourne Beach and my father did as well. Parents still live in FLA but not in Mel Beach. I thought it would be fun to host my parents and a couple of friends to share my 5oth birthday in our old stomping grounds. We could not have been happier with the house or our time on Avenue B. I hope I have the opportunity to stay again. The pool was just perfect, beds and baths were comfy. We brought our own beach stuff because we live on the beach in Charleston, SC but there were chairs, toys, floats etc available for your enjoyment. The host was super responsive. Great Stay. Perfect Beach House!

We loved our stay and I appreciated the lovely screened in porch that kept my young grandson safe from the pool. We enjoyed swimming and the short walk to the beach. I would most definitely stay here again.

Everything you need

Peace at the beach had everything you need to enjoy Melbourne. We barely had to use our vehicles because the beach and the store are walking distance. We saw sea turtles twice at night during our stay- magical. The only thing to be aware of is that the plumbing is sensitive (there is signage in every bathroom/kitchen) and to take that seriously. The property manager was prompt and kind.
