Melbourne Beach is known for its peaceful shoreline, sea turtle nesting, local dining, and easy access to fishing, surfing, and Sebastian Inlet State Park.



The Space:

Welcome to Ocean Whispers at Tuscany Sun, a cozy beachside studio in beautiful Melbourne Beach, Florida, designed for a solo traveler or couple looking for a relaxing coastal escape.



Inside, you’ll find a comfortable queen bed, a small loveseat, a dedicated work desk, full kitchen, walk-in shower, TV, WiFi, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. The layout is compact but thoughtfully arranged, giving you space to relax, work, enjoy a meal, or recharge after a day at the beach.



Just outside your door, you’ll also have a picnic table dedicated specifically to your unit, giving you a convenient outdoor spot to enjoy your morning coffee, a casual meal, or the fresh coastal air.



The studio does not have an ocean view from inside the unit, but as soon as you step outside the door, you can see the ocean. Beach access is located just around the building and is approximately 50 steps from your door, making it easy to enjoy sunrise walks, afternoons by the water, or evening strolls along the shoreline.



Ocean Whispers is conveniently located near Sebastian Inlet, local restaurants, fishing, surfing, nature preserves, and excellent rocket-launch viewing along Florida’s Space Coast.



This studio accommodates a maximum of 2 guests and is best suited for a solo traveler or couple. Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to Ocean Whispers and the picnic table located directly outside the unit.



You’ll also have access to the property’s shared outdoor areas and direct beach access, located just around the building approximately 50 steps from your door.



Parking is available on-site, and because space is limited, we ask that guests follow the parking instructions provided before arrival.



Please note that some outdoor areas are shared with other guests staying at Tuscany Sun.



The Neighborhood:

Ocean Whispers is located along the laid-back barrier island of Melbourne Beach, where the pace is slower, the beaches feel more relaxed, and the Atlantic Ocean is never far away.



The area is known for its natural beauty, quiet shoreline, sea turtle nesting habitat, fishing, surfing, and easy access to Sebastian Inlet. You’ll also be close to local restaurants, beachside spots, nature preserves, and scenic stretches of A1A that make exploring the area part of the experience.



Melbourne Beach is a great choice for guests who want to be near the water without the busier feel of a large resort area. It’s especially enjoyable for sunrise walks, beach days, wildlife watching, and simply slowing down for a few days by the coast.



The Space Coast is also known for rocket launches, and depending on the schedule and weather, you may be able to catch one right from the beach during your stay.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around Melbourne Beach and explore the surrounding Space Coast.



Ocean Whispers is conveniently located along A1A, making it easy to reach nearby restaurants, Sebastian Inlet, nature preserves, grocery stores, and other local attractions.



Parking is available on-site for registered guests. Because parking at Tuscany Sun is limited, please follow the parking instructions provided before arrival and notify us in advance if you plan to have day guests.



Once you’re settled in, the beach is the easiest place to get to of all—just around the building and approximately 50 steps from your door.

Please note that Ocean Whispers is a cozy studio designed for a maximum of 2 guests and is best suited for a solo traveler or couple.

Laundry facilities are available on-site for your convenience. The laundry room is located just around the building on the back side of the property, directly across from the beach stairs.



Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided with this unit, so please plan to bring your own if you would like them during your stay.



We allow up to 1 dog with prior approval and a $100 pet fee. Pet limit is 25lbs.



If you plan to have visitors, we allow up to 2 day guests for your unit at $25 per guest, per day. Please notify us in advance, as occupancy and parking at the property are limited.



During sea turtle season, guests are asked to follow beach-friendly lighting guidelines to help protect nesting turtles and hatchlings.



Because this is a coastal property, you may also occasionally encounter no-see-ums and other naturally occurring Florida insects, especially around sunrise, sunset, and after periods of rain.



Interaction with Guests:

We want you to feel right at home during your stay at Ocean Whispers. You’ll have complete privacy in your studio, but we’re just a message away if you need anything.



Our team is available throughout your stay to answer questions, provide local recommendations, or assist with anything that may come up. We respect your privacy and won’t interrupt your stay unless assistance is requested or something at the property requires our attention.
