Beautiful Beach House on secluded beach

Wonderful beach home! It was just as advertised. Very quiet beach right across the road. Perfect getaway if you want a quiet, relaxing vacation!

Perfect place for our holiday vacation

It is perfect location for our vacation stay. Quiet and Beautiful beach on one side and a nice recreational center and park on another side. I enjoyed hearing the waves from 3rd floor bedroom very much.

We enjoyed our week at Melbourne Beach. We had some great food & were able to see a Cape Canaveral launch from the beach.

Great Location

We love staying here and would recommend it to everyone. The location is right across the street from the beach with private access. The interior is good and the upstairs master is very nice.

We were very pleased with our stay. The home is very private, within a minute walk from the beach. The host was readily available, if needed, to answer any questions. Thank you for a quiet “home away from home” (without the cold/snow) to begin, and end, each of our fun full filled days in Melbourne Beach.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I have stayed at this location numerous times and is our favorite place to stay when it is just us. Location is great with the beach with private access right across the road. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had good communication with Thomas. Highly recommend this location

Great House

The house was great and very well laid out. The privacy was f the landscaping made it feel like you were in a world of your own. Everything you need is there. We loved the location and easy access to the beach. The turtle sanctuary was just down the road a bit as was Sebastian Inlet. We will definitely be back!

This was our 3rd time staying here. Again, the only complaints would be to cut the grass and get rid of spiderwebs inside the house.

Nice place, this was our 3rd time renting. Will most likely rent agian in the future. Only complaint is the area was infested with mosquitoes. Could not be outside on the property without being eaten alive.

Maison propre et spacieuse. Très proche de la plage. Équipements pratique pour la plage (parasols, chariot, jouets, chaises de plage,cane à pêche.... Voisins tranquilles et sociables. Plage privée et piste cyclable. Fortement conseillée. Je suis un amoureux de Melbourne (5eme fois) Cette maison ça serait ma place de réservation future si Dieu le veut.

Clean and Accommodating

We stayed for 9 nights. House was exceptionally clean. Everything was as described on the web site. I appreciate having the bikes to use in the garage. Having the county park just a minute away made it very convenient to ride or just walk the trails. It was convenient to the beach as well. Will definitely keep it at the top of our list for a return visit.

comfortable home in quiet neighborhood

This house is located just off of a less-traveled section of the A1A. Two state parks are close by--one within walking distance, and the beach access is across the street. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen functional, and the house was clean. There are 2 flights of stairs, one flight to the living space and another to the master bedroom. The area has many bike trails and bikes are available as part of the rental. I recommend this place to any who are ok with stairs.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Thomas’s beach house is the absolute perfect getaway. The private beach access is amazing, the neighbors are all so friendly. Everything you could possibly need for the beach is included onsite. The home is very clean and everything minus food is provided. The local grocery store, Publix, is just down the road along with restaurants, and multiple gas stations. The Archie Carr turtle education building is 2 miles away. For those who want to go do the touristy thing you’re just 25-30 minutes away from the cocoa beach area. If you’re looking for a getaway you won’t be disappointed.

Beach Trip with Sisters

My husband and two sisters all in our 70’s loved the place. The steps were hard with the two replaced hips in the family but we made it. The accommodations were great. The upper level bedroom is huge with a very nice bath with a shower and jacuzzi tub. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was a five minute walk across the highway but easily done. We practically had the beach to ourselves. We like playing bocce ball on the beach. We used the beach chairs provided, but it was too windy for the beach umbrella. We worked a puzzle on the long table in the garage and played a lot of games at the kitchen table. All in all it was one of our favorite places.

Excellent Location

Private and secluded but not isolated. Very convenient to the Beach, you can hear the calming sounds of the surf from the house. The home has everything to make your beach experience complete. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart to use if needed. Fishing rods if you're in the mood. Body board for surfing and even a real surf board. For a break from the beach, the bikes were a pleasant surprise and with the recreation park just a stones throw away, we couldn't ask for for more. Home was clean and bed (we only used the king bed) was very comfortable. Our first time at this home, we'll be back!

Beautiful House next to Beautiful Beach

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Description was spot on, house was very clean, right across the street from beach. Very short walk (2 mins). The owner made it VERY EASY to understand everything in the home and what to do for check in and check out. It was a breeze. You can see the ocean from 3rd floor balcony, house is about as private as you can get. Has everything you need for a beach trip In garage (although I slam packed all mine into the car) it was nice to know there were a lot of extras incase I forgot something. Beach was practically ours (private access) Maybe saw 2 other people the whole week we were there. Probably one of the best vacations and most definitely the best bang for your buck I have ever stayed! Publix is 8 mins away, Sebastian Inlet (great fishing pier and state park) is 16mins, cocoa Beach is about 46mins, and a whole lot of restaurants with outdoor seating on the beach and river for great seafood all over! Only negative side for our trip, unfortunately the locals were saying it’s the worst seaweed in years and we had our first encounter with “no see ums”.. overall 5 stars for the host! Thanks again, will definitely be back!
