"The hotel property and service were excellent. The problem with this visit was that the mountains were not visible. We went in the recommended month, April, to see the mountains. All we saw was smog inversion from Kathmandu. There is nothing else to do around the property except view the mountains and use the resort facilities. The spa was excellent."

"The hotel is very close to the Buddha Stupa, which is a great plus. Unfortunately it is located on a very busy street, across the street from the pedestrian area around the Stupa and crossing the street could be nerve wrecking. "From the time I arrived, I felt comfortable. Security was in the parking lot to ensure the property was secure and people not staying at the hotel were escorted away. The check in process was very quick and easy. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, stocked with all items needed and comfortable. "Really nice stay at the Hyatt. The grounds are very well maintained and the Suite access was a definite plus. Only area of improvement is communication of the staff. We requested an early breakfast as we were leaving before 6am for a flight, which was confirmed multiple times by the staff. Unfortunately it was not communicated to the morning team so no breakfast was organised for us when we checked out. A small but frustrating issue. Would stay again though!"
