  • Villa Ernica is a luxurious and contemporary haven set in the peaceful village of Meladeia, just a 10-minute drive from the beach. Designed with a modern aesthetic, this stylish villa is filled with natural light, featuring a soft, neutral color palette and sleek, high-quality furnishings that create an inviting and relaxing atmosphere.
    Spanning two levels and fully air-conditioned, the villa welcomes you with an elegant entrance and a staircase leading to both floors. The lower level is dedicated to open-plan living, where the spacious lounge and dining area provide a comfortable space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen ensures effortless meal preparation, while large patio doors frame stunning views of the countryside stretching down to the sea.
    Upstairs, all three well-appointed bedrooms offer privacy and comfort. The master double features an en suite bathroom, while a second double and a twin room share a spacious shower room. Each bedroom boasts its own private balcony, with the double rooms overlooking the pristine pool area—perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
    Outside, the beautifully maintained pool area offers a tranquil retreat, complete with comfortable sun loungers and parasols. A shaded dining terrace provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals, easily prepared on your private BBQ.
    For your convenience, air conditioning in the bedrooms is included. If desired, the two lounge units are available at an additional charge of €10 per day for one unit or €15 for both.

Beautiful villa, with an outstanding view

Beautiful villa, with an outstanding view of the mountains and perfect location for amazing sunsets, me and my friends + partner had the best time in Cyprus in Villa Ernica. Only thing I would say is you definitely need a car to travel into the cities as it’s quite far in the mountains. Other than that it is a 5 star vacations.

Stunning Villa in Cyprus

We have had a fabulous holiday staying in Villa Ernica. The villa is outstanding, furnished and equipped to the highest standard with so much space. Them amenities are excellent (large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, BBQ) and having pool towels provided is an added luxury. The location is beautiful with stunning views. We enjoyed this remote, peaceful location. A car is essential - beach, shops and restaurants are a 20 minute drive away.

Beautiful Villa

We were in Cyprus for a Wedding close to Meladeia and villa Ernica was perfect for us (2 couples), exceeded our expectations and we couldn't have asked for anything more. We enjoyed travelling around the Paphos/Polis area too and found the local people very hospitable and helpful and will definitely return in the future.

I have no words to express how beautiful, clean and how good a place we were. Villa Ernica is a dream come true stay. Great place.

Great place. Cottage with a swimming pool. It was built quite recently (the inside gives an impression of not only cleanliness, but also newness). The swimming pool is just the right size, although it is a pity that it is not heated. There are several identical houses nearby, but the whole thing is designed so that everyone has privacy. Located in a quiet place, a few minutes' drive to the beach, beautiful views. Nearby (2-3 minutes by car) are two restaurants with tasty and inexpensive food.

New and clean villa with a nice view, 20min away from first beaches. The living area is very quiet, very few small supermarket. Mattress could be from a higher quality. Same for the bed cover...a bit light for April month. Overall, good value for money!.

Tolle Lage mit Weitblick. Nachteil: Sehr abgelegen ohne Infrastruktur in der näheren Umgebung. Tolles Haus, großzügig und modern. Verbesserungspotentiale: Küchenausstattung sehr mager (nur eine Pfanne, Messer....).Regelmäßig heftiger Abfussgeruch in einem Badezimmer. Terassentür klemmt. Sonnenschirme zu klein und nicht verstellbar.

we would highly recommend this villa/company

We booked and stayed for 9 nights as a base to visit our son who is serving in the British army currently based in Cyprus. We chose the villa due to the location, tranquil surrounding and beautiful views. The villa itself was a perfect size for all six of us to relax and enjoy the pool and sunshine. The pool was cold and not heated but it warmed up during our stay. Overall the villa was spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The weather for April was kind 20’c-25’c although the evenings were chilly so we asked for more blankets for the beds (very comfortable). The villa contact Katrina was quick to respond to any queries or requests, the complementary bottle of wine was a lovely added touch. We stocked up at Lidl which was approx 50 min drive and spent most of our days at Latchi beach (20min drive). There were local shops and taverns to buy food and dine. A car is a must as the villa location very rural and remote. Overall we would highly recommend this villa/company.

second stay at Villa Enrica

This was our second stay at Villa Enrica. We love the location away from the hustle and bustle of the town it is up in the hills with great views. We hire a car and go out and about everyday before relaxing round the pool in the afternoon. The villa is well equipped, very clean and was serviced during our stay. Eos villas communication is excellent both prior to and during the stay.
