"Beide Zimmer wurden 3 Tage leider nicht gereinigt. Betten wurden nicht gemacht und auch die Handtücher nicht getauscht. Wasser sollte täglich aufgefüllt werden was leider auch nicht erfolgt ist. Sehr enttäuscht bei dem Preis pro Übernachtung."

Sehr erfreulich ist, dass das schöne warme rotbraune Holz in der Lobby und auch in den Zimmern noch vorhanden ist. Die Zimmer ist gemütlich und allgemein ist es sehr ruhig und entspannend im Hotel. "Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch sehr klein. Das „Badezimmer“ ist in einer Nische im Zimmer enthalten. Lediglich die Toilette ist durch eine separate Tür abgetrennt. Im Flur liegt Teppich aus, der wirklich enorm nach Plastik oder Erdöl riecht. Der Geruch zog abends auch ins Zimmer rein. Die Preise in der Hotelbar sind unterirdisch. Ein Bier kostet 10,50€!"

The dining area was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was excellent- very welcoming and provided lots of information for seeing Hamburg."

"The Hotel location is excellent, 2 blocks from the Central train station and shopping streets. But don't use the hotel in summer because the air conditioning in the rooms doesn't work. The hotel gave us a fan and we maintained the windows open."
