"Place seems rundown"

"Nous allons certainement y retourner!"

"My only issue was the lack of housekeeping."

"We enjoyed the room for the most part! It’s a bit outdated and really dark, but it kind of adds to the sensual vibe of the entire place. The staff was helpful but we were not informed that for the deposit it would be $350 instead of $100. Because of this we won’t be returning it seems that the communication between the hotel, and Expedia is not great. Therefore, the experience for users overall is really confusing and leaves people distraught. also, breakfast is minimal especially because...

"L’emplacement"

"Tout était parfait 👍"

"This apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very responsive to our questions. The location was within walking distance of the grocery store and restaurants."

"This is a beautiful boutique hotel within walking distance of the Hotel Frontenac and the Plains of Abraham (if you don't mind walking up the hill). The beautiful brick exterior and interior rooms have character and don't feel like a standard box-shaped hotel room. The complimentary continental breakfast is hung on a hook outside your door and had delicious pastries. "The staff at this property are wonderful. Everyone was freindly and helpful. We received helpful suggestions from both Sophia nad Matteo. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was lovely, very celan and had everything we needed. The location is also fantastic. It is a 5 minute walk to the main terrace/ waterfront and lots of restuarants. It is also very close to the newer section of Quebec City as well. The parking was super easy and close, well worth the money which was reasonable. We would...

"The place was clean and convenient. Communication was great. I booked the place for 3 people but the blankets were only for 2. It took a little bit of efforts to sort that out. But overall it was a good experience."

"This was a really cute stay for my work trip. Everything was clean and well kept, the location is lovely, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms have great amenties for when you don't feel like leaving after a long day of people-ing. My only complaint is that the rooms are not completely soundproof, I could definitely hear my neighbours talking at certain points. That being said, I never heard anything late at night and never had any issues sleeping or dealing with loud people...
