"This is a gorgeous place, but it really is in the middle of nowhere… like I had to point my phone at a satellite to send an SOS message. They have wifi, but my room was out of range. My bunk room was right next to the community bathrooms. It did have an AC unit and a small refrigerator, no microwave. ..."

"we loved our stay. it’s very quiet but you can be in Kerrville in like 15 minutes or Bandera in maybe 20-25. we hit HEB and James Avery and stayed put the rest of the time. it’s exactly as peaceful as we were looking for."

"This location is absolutely fantastic. Direct access to the Frio river for swimming, fishing or just enjoying the beautiful view. We were a family group of all ages, and everyone had a wonderful time. Easy communication with the owner for questions. Highly recommend."
