"This was a decent place to stay that was conveniently located near our son’s apartment. It was clean, cool, and comfortable. I will say the parking was a bit of a nightmare (typical Seattle) to figure out though, but we made it work. You’ll rarely find street parking available but there is a parking garage just a block or so over you can pay to park in. Overall we had a good stay."

"the room was very adequate for my stay. I was in town for a baby shower and the hosts live right around the area so it was very convenient. I love that Top Banana was right up the street they have great coffee and great pastries. I always enjoy my stay is Seattle, and this was my first time staying in a single room style accommodation and it was just right. "Our stay was after our cruise we stayed June 23rd and checked out June 25th. The apartment was listed as having air conditioning.... It was in the low 90's during our stay. The air conditioning consisted of 3 portable units and a fan. We were instructed by the gentleman that took you to the apartment that you couldn't run all 3 units at the same time because it would kickoff the electrical breaker! We were told to run 2 units an the fan. We couldn't even do that because the electrical breaker...

"Great location as we were attending a conference and the walk was easy! The place was as described, and was comfy and provided what we needed for our trip! Ricky was a pleasure to deal with. We did not need parking but it was offered to us. The rooftop spot was perfect after a day of conferences. We had great weather so it came in handy! Easy walk to Westlake Station so take the light rail from the airport to save money! Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Seattle!"

"This was advertised as a pent house with a view. It was on the top floor but definitely not a pent house w a view. One has to go to the communal space on each floor in order to have a view. The windows in the apt opened onto other apartments. Also, to have to put bags in the car in the garage, exit the garage and then find parking in order to run the fob back into the building was frustrating. I was looking for a scenic view for friends unfamiliar with Seattle. I would not have chosen this place...
