Nestled on three acres of serene land with 300 feet of riverfront, this home offers a tranquil and private escape, complete with all the comforts of home.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your culinary endeavors, including spices, pantry essentials, a blender, mixer, food processor, and a large country griddle. Each bedroom features cozy beds adorned with high-quality linens and plush pillows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Bathrooms are stocked with ample towels, soap, toilet paper, and more for your convenience.

Recently remodeled and tastefully furnished, The River House is designed for your perfect getaway. Step outside to the expansive 16x40 ft deck overlooking the river, where you can fire up the gas grill for a delightful cookout. Enjoy family fun at the horseshoe pit with a stunning river view, or explore the vast grassy yard—perfect for tossing a football, playing flashlight tag, or practicing your golf swing.

Our private gravel beach offers easy access to the river, making it a great spot for fishing and swimming. Bring a folding chair and relax by the water’s edge, dipping your toes in the refreshing flow. Located just downriver from the renowned ‘Brushy Chutes’, a hotspot for trophy salmon and steelhead fishing, this location is a fisherman’s paradise.

The stay at the river house is an exceptional experience. We truly loved the views, access to the river, fully stocked kitchen, and the thought hosts have put in to set this place up. The place was extremely clean, and perfectly set up for families with young children. We highly recommend this beautiful place and hope to be back soon!

Very quiet & relaxing with large deck & park like backyard with large pines & view of Rogue River. The house was supplied with the widest varieties of kitchen appliances & accessories etc than any other VRBO we’ve stayed at. We ate all of our meals this vacation cooked at the home. So this attribute made cooking all meals very easy.

This property was very clean and accommodated our guests perfectly. The host was friendly and had great communication and quick response times. Very family friendly location. We all very much enjoyed our stay and would love to try to go back again some time. I would venture to say this was the best experience I have had with a rental property.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Beautiful home and great location. Super clean and well stocked with basic necessities. Comfortable beds and clear instruction from host for check in and check out. The Riverhouse

Booked this for the Fourth of July weekend, my wife and I and some friends.Beautiful setting! The house is great, well set up & lots of room.Spent all day at the river. It was just right, not too cold or too hot. Was shallow enough that you could wade out way to chest deep easy. Our dog loved it too! Our hosts were excellent, stayed in contact with us and even let us check in early. Great stay we really enjoyed it!

Dangerous swing

It was a relaxing and comfortable stay for my 91 yr old mother n law. The only 3 minor issues were that the toilet in the en suite master made a whistling noise. The childs swing that my grandkids played on, broke, and was also hanging from a rotten branch and would be very dangerous if it broke. The cover on the barbeque was brittle and stuck to the not very clean grill. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again
