"We had had car trouble prior to arriving and the serenity of this place calmed our frazzled nerves. Our host was very responsive to all of our needs. Especially liked having chocolate there to welcome us and enjoyed the homemade cherry jelly with toast for breakfast. The backyard was very zen and peaceful. Feeling grateful."

"Property met our needs as it is near some great golf--ten minutes form the Black Mesa course. Kathryn was an amazing host. She is an outstanding communicator and an incredible source of local knowledge--stores, restaurants, activities, local history. Not a traditional property--words like funky, eccentric, or unique come to mind--but I use these words in a good way. "Stayed at this lovely casita with spouse and 2 dogs. Casita has been totally renovated and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay (loved that there 2 full bathrooms). The large yard was totally enclosed, with a covered porch, and had stunning views of the mountains. Our host, and her parents who lived next door, were available to answer any questions and give info about the area. The casita is located not far from Abiquiu Lake and halfway between Ghost Ranch and the town of...

"We came on a Sunday night, hard to find on app, and we were completely alone until after dark, as the restaurant is closed on Sunday evening. We loved the room-it could use a microwave especially as it is so isolated)and the views are fabulous"
