"Super clean, comfortable, convenient place in Tipton. Manager is beyond helpful and kind, you can tell the place is well-cared for with thoughtfulness, like well-stocked coffee supplies, cute fridge and microwave, bottled water, thick fluffy towels, bidet, hair dryer, and great individual reading lights for reading in bed. Also had outside benches for enjoying the summer evenings."

"We had a great stay at Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Monticello, Iowa. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and had ample parking. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, and the beds and pillows made for a great night's sleep. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice way to start the morning before getting back on the road. One thing to note for future guests is that the hotel has only two floors...

To make matters worse, there was a gas leak that the hotel appeared to be aware of but failed to properly address or disclose to guests. "Got in around 9 off a flight, love the shuttle service Willie is so nice. Was upgraded to a suite and had an amazing rest. It's very clean and very quiet. All the staff are super nice and helpful and the lobby is also beautiful and relaxing."

"The hotel was quiet and the room was generally clean. The downside was the hallways smelled of cigarettes and an odd mix of food/spices that carried over to the rooms. I ended up purchasing an air freshener for our room. The pool was cold (79 degrees)."
