"We recently stayed here with our 3 adult children, their spouses and 5 grandchildren. The layout with 5 bedrooms on the main floor each with a bathroom and an enormous kids “bunk room” upstairs made this the absolute perfect place for our family vacation. This lake home is huge-from the minute you walk up to the front door you are aware of the scale with high ceilings, doors and spacious rooms. "The cabin was simple comfort for a couple and their dog, with all the necessities. The view of the river was beautiful and the fishing right out the door was great too. Excellent truck and trailer parking, with a plug in to charge the boat batteries. Great Lakes to fish within a 40 mile or less radius. We would definitely stay again!"

"This was hands down one of our most memorable and enjoyable trips north. The lake was perfect swimming depth for children and the waters were calm, not a lot of wake traffic like the larger lakes in Hayward. The cabin was beautiful and clean. "This is our 9 th summer family vacation with our grown sons and their families. This home served all our needs and is gorgeous and spacious. It had all the kitchen equipment, games, and outdoor gear that we needed. Thank you for a great week."

"We really had the best time here. The house was cozy, had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We spent our weekend swimming in the lake, grilling, and enjoying great company by the fire. It was nice to walk over to the nearby restaurant for a quick bite to eat and a cocktail. The highlight of our weekend was fishing off the dock, we caught a variety of fish. We are already planning our next trip to come!"

"Had a wonderful time on Sand Lake! I was initially disappointed that the lake access was across the road, but it was fine. The grandkids know never to cross a road without an adult, so it was a perfect barrier to the lake for them. The sand and shallow water went on forever and they absolutely loved being able to jump off the dock all the way to the end. We didn't have to worry about them taking the floaties too far out and they loved trying to catch minnows. The configuration of the house...
