"Room was clean and worked just fine for our one night stay. Staff was very friendly and attentive."

"The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze."

"Was assigned to a room that was already in use. One of the elevators were broke down making the other slow and over crowded. Multiple ice machines & vending machines were out of order. Just happened to be on the floors I was on."

"AC worked well, sink took some muscle to turn on and off, definitely not easy to use! Rooms were very small for the price paid. Area was clean though, older facility for sure. It worked for just a place to rest!"

"Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. "

"I have stayed in several hotels, this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I asked for a late checkout because I work night shift, I was granted a 12 pm late checkout… Housekeeping woke me up at 11, I told her I had a late checkout 20 minutes later, manager comes and knocks on the door forgetting he told me about a late checkout granted me an extra 30 minutes… Housekeeping came back at 12 and woke me up again. The amount of miscommunication and lack of respect at this hotel is...
