"This property is a gem for sure. The suite was a good size with separate living, bathroom and bedroom areas. Very nice stay and comfortable bed! There is no on site staff, they text you the room code. That was nice too."

Check in is by texted code as the hotel consists of a few rooms on the 3rd floor of Pioneer Condos, so there were no interactions with staff and no daily housekeeping, which was absolutely not a problem for our short stay. Location in downtown is very quiet, but there is a restaurant in the building, a brewery in the building, and an excellent coffee shop (Nashwell) across the street. Parking was easy as was getting around Lubbock. "

"The room had dead and live roaches on arrival. There was one towel and no extras available. There was no trash can nor bags. No toilet paper in the room. Only one working lightbulb and no extras to spare. Clerk was on her phone with her boyfriend while I checked in. Room smelled like strong cigarette smell and it even made my scrubs smell for work, worst stay ever in my life."

I asked if the deposit was refundable she rudely said yes it would be refunded within 48 business hours. It has been 10 business days of 05/23/26 && I still have not received my $100 deposit that she guaranteed would be refunded. I have stayed at this location several times in the past and I have never spoken with her for any reason because I’ve never had issues or...
