"Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. "The room was over priced wasn’t cleaned. Well they overcharged for snacks downstairs no hot tub. It took forever to check in and then it was so hard to get extra towels throughout our stay. We’re not recommend. I am a Holiday Inn express member and that’s why I will continue to go to. "The beds were comfortable and the AC was quiet and cold. It was a welcome break from the July heat! Check in was smooth and orderly. The agent was friendly and professional. I'm not normally a hotel breakfast buffet fan, but I thought it was very good. We appreciated the welcome table in the foyer which contained a biscuits for dogs and a bowl of fruit for their owners! The next time we travel through town with our dog, we'll be sure to return. I highly recommend!"
