"Expedite doesn't have good communication with DBH , a communication gap I believe the was unable to get information at the establishments that matched what I paid for. I was disappointed and choose to stay else where and funds in this adventure."

"Needs many repairs. Shower faucet was hanging out of wall. Beds are rock hard. Noisy area. No place for our to go outside. Saw a sign that said dog area but it was rocks and liter. Staff was friendly. Breakfast not great either."

"We checked in early and Shamal was working at the counter. She was so present and helpful to us. She upgraded us because they only had us down for one bed, but we needed two and also the pool was out of service, so she put us in a suite. Very helpful."

"Upon arrival, the man working at the desk ran my card and then cancelled it and the amount came back to my card. He then ran my card again and told me that it didn't go through, but it did. He tried to tell me that I needed to pay again. I saw the receipt he had on his counter that said it went through and I saw that it came out of my bank account. This took a while and my elderly mother was sitting in the car this whole time without air conditioning in 100° weather. In his defense, he did let...

"The breakfast was decent. The bedsheets and towels were clean. The wall is way too thin. We heard the TV from the next door. Unfortunately they had it on till 3-4 am. The room was not well maintained. The bathroom door was tilted and difficult to close or open. The bathtub had some small leaks and shower pressure was low"

"The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was really comfortable! The location was great for us as we were there to go to Mesa Verde. Would would definitely recommend!"

"My room was very clean The breakfast was okay but one thing I did want was the green chili soup. I heard a lot of excellent reviews on that but unfortunately the two days I was there they did not make it. Parking was good. Pam, the front desk lady was very, very friendly and very helpful. I definitely would recommend staying here. Definitely the next time I come to Cortez I will stay there"

"Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!"
