My transaction was never refunded and I didnt even stay, because of the infestation of roaches in each room they had attempted to put me in. If you like artsy gardens, art festivals outside your door, artist shops, nice rooms, with good people to meet, or just walking around the garden, this is a this is the place for you. Everybody is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee, or tea. This is not your typical Holiday Inn or Hilton. We left on a Sunday with no one renting our room that day, so there was no rush at all...

"Truly a West Texas accommodation. Clean, decent rooms, but very outdated. Appeared old and in need of remodeling. AC, on high, was barely blowing but cooled the room by later in the evening. When we first arrived, the lobby smelled like a wet dog, but later that evening it was much better. Excellent staff. Very friendly, professional and accommodating. Probably will not stay here again though."
