Welcome to Baker Creek Retreat, a beautifully appointed four-bedroom home nestled in the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley wine country. Located just a couple of blocks from Michelbook Country Club and a little over a mile from the charm of downtown McMinnville, this retreat offers the perfect home base for families or small groups eager to explore everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Step inside to find an inviting open-concept layout where the kitchen, dining, and living spaces flow seamlessly together—perfect for sharing meals, conversation, and making memories. Thoughtful touches throughout the home reflect a warm, modern style that’s equal parts comfort and sophistication. The main-level bedroom and laundry room add extra convenience, especially for multigenerational travelers or guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, each designed with relaxation in mind. The bunk room is a favorite for kids and teens, featuring a wall-mounted big screen TV and a gaming console for downtime fun. A full bathroom is shared on this floor, offering plenty of space for everyone to refresh and recharge.

Step out back and unwind in the covered gazebo, where plush seating and a cozy fire table create the perfect evening setting. Additional outdoor highlights include Adirondack chairs, a game of giant Jenga, and a treehouse that overlooks the beautifully manicured lawn—sure to be a hit with younger guests.

Every piece of décor and furnishing at Baker Creek Retreat has been thoughtfully selected to create the ideal balance of style and comfort. Whether you're here to tour the vineyards, play a round of golf, or simply relax with loved ones, this home is the perfect place to call your own during your time in McMinnville.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

*PLEASE NOTE: PARKING FOR 4 CARS ONLY, PERMITTED IN DRIVEWAY, NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED DUE TO PERMITTING RESTRICTIONS

My family of 8 stayed here for Linfield graduation weekend in McMinnville. This was in a quiet, safe, and very nice neighborhood within a few minute drive to downtown and campus. The house was spotless and updated plus beautifully decorated. Plenty of seating space and good backyard with large table and seating area. The kitchen is decently stocked and good amount of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. There are just a few things to improve upon: there is a missing remote control for the upstairs bedroom television; some new pots and pans are needed; lightbulbs need checked (several were burned out) and several outlets in bedrooms did not work. Overall, however, this place suited our needs and was an excellent gathering place. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Accommodated our family's needs. Good location in the middle of Wine Country. So many wineries to choose from. Good location, an hour to the Oregon Coast, an hour to Portland, and Portland Airport, an hour and a half to Mt Hood and the Columbia River Gorge.

The property is in a convenient location and had everything we needed for a short stay. We had a number of unexpected guests--ants in our luggage--but it appeared that they were already aware of the issue and attempting to fix it.

This was a wonderful house for my family with two kids ages 7 & 13. The outside yard was fantastic with the tree house. The house is spacious and has everything you need for a family trip. Location was great and close to stores, quiet neighborhood. We were there visiting family.

Master bed bedding was not clean (smelly) and we had to wash them. Cigars were left outside. Blankets by couch were dirty from outside stuff. Would help if the house had foil, saran wrap, and zip lock bags for food storage.

Our group of six women had a lovely time! Plenty of gathering space to sew and visit. Well stocked kitchen and large table. Comfortable living space. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Communication with host regarding one issue was taken care of quickly. We look forward to staying again!

We had a wonderful 4 days! The house couldn’t have been outfitted more perfectly. It had every amenity possible, was in a perfect location and immaculate. The only disappointment was that the fire pit didn’t work. We would absolutely book this house again!
