"Staff was friendly. Room was pretty clean.asked for a room with sofa but did not get that. Asked for more pillows since had to watch TV from bed but Did not get those. Room was not serviced, and did not get clean towels even when we asked for them. They did not even empty the trash. Front desk did not tell us there was a shuttle. Coffee was undrinkable."

"Our stay was ok. Not what we’re used to with Holiday Inn. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful to meet most of our needs. The hotel room could have been cleaner. The mattress on the pull-out sofa was in horrible condition and we needed it as we were 5 people. You could feel all the springs and the bars of the frame. We called the front desk about it. They said they would look into it and get back to us, but never did."

"We had a really wonderful visit at the Inn at Diamond Cove. It was a special adventure and the staff tried to work with us to help us enjoy our visit after arriving very late at night for a one night /one day stay. We knew nothing about the inn or the island's history so it was a leap of faith and well worth it."

"Had 2 queen rooms for our family of 6. Location is conveniently located with lots of restaurants and shopping, without the craziness of being downtown. The harbor is a short drive away. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, A+ ! breakfast buffet was well stocked with lots of options.
