"Great hotel everything was
Excellent, checking in was easy employees was friendly for my first time there i will most definitely be coming back.... also it was very reasonable in price, close to everything in the downtown area and walking distance as well, parking was reasonable in all this will be my first pick always as long as there are available apartment rooms. I would most definitely tell you book your rooms here first."

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...

"Great place to stay at, loved the ambiance, the view of the city was amazing. It is spacious, and the top floor is great for adults and kids to just hang out in. Would definitely book again when we come back out here. "

"Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. "

"We loved this place! There were a few small physical issues: towel bars not secured (fell off when reaching for the towel); loud squeak in the shower door. No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME).
Communication did not work well: the WiFi info was buried in one message before we arrived and was nowhere to be found in the room/building, so we worked from our phone hotspots (which didn't work well at all in this space). My messages (about parking and about...
