It was a nice property. Large room, restful sleep. Loved the large soaking tub. Breakfast was small, a little small for the amount of people. Not much seating, more choices of breakfast items would be great!!

The room was quite nice. However; We had 3 problems with the housekeeping staff: First, we discovered that there was only 1 coffee mug in the room and this was not corrected by the staff who cleaned - so we had to call for a 2nd mug. Second, the housekeeping staff did not remove the obviously used, dirty wash clothes. and Third - we were ready to pack up to leave and discovered the housekeeping staff had THROWN AWAY our cooler! It was made of compostable cardboard and was inexpensive - but we needed it for my medication and for food that we were traveling with. We had to leave to get to an excursion and they were not able to do anything to help us. All they did was have their housekeeping manager investigate and write a letter of apology a couple of days later. We had to replace the cooler. There was no mention of reimbursing us or anything like that. When you are paying the prices at a luxury resort like Alyeska, these issues should not have happened.

Wonderful stay, the room was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and friendly host. I definitely recommend Highland Glen, Plenty of places to relax and even a hot tub. Loved our stay
