"Did not receive the room type that was in the reservation. When I went back to the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do except leave a note for a manager. Nothing was communicated to me about this at checkout either. "

"Not far from the main road and surprisingly close to the town and ski resort, while at the property you feel entirely secluded and away from civilization. The main living and dining area is great for everyone to spend time together with a fire going while the bedrooms are tucked away for good privacy. The wrap around deck would be a great place to lounge in summer, and the fire pit would be similarly nice on summer and fall evenings."

"The place is super nice. The only suggestions would be 1) to have a mobile heater in the basement as that floor is colder than the rest of the house and 2) to have better blinds.We stayed in April and it was much colder than we expected. We all stayed in the basement and had to use extra blankets.P.S. 10 am check out is too early for my taste. Especially if you have small kids. Luckily, check out list is not as onerous as in some other places"
