"I did not stay the night there, I felt usafe. There was a stale/odd smell in the room and the room felt very accessible to the public, being on the ground floor (alone at night) with 2-3access points off the street at a major intersection in a what feels like an unsafe part of town. I walked to work after checking in and not 12-15mins away a body had been recovered in a nearby creek. Would like a refund. I didn't see any women staying there."

As I was checking in there was another reservation that could not be honoured due to the guests not having any of the proper credentials to check in. The front desk staff was beyond professional even though they were dealing with extremely upset ppl. "We reached there and we like property and rooms when we saw that but when hotel is aware of how many people are coming and when they are charging for each and everyone, they should provide service too. We had 2 rooms booked for 8 people and there were only 2 towels in room, that is something for personal hygiene and no one would like to share.
