"We recently had a weekend getaway to this location. The property manager was very precise with our expectations and everything was as Advertised. The rustic feel was amazing. We spent much of our time in the hot tub, as it was winter with snow on the ground. We were just about 30 minutes away from Priarie Du Chein and Harper's Ferry and went to the winery. "This place was perfect for our little getaway. Short drive to everywhere we wanted to go (Harper's Ferry, Marquette, PDC, Effigy Mounds). Perfectly situated on the river with a dock for our jet ski and for fishing. Very clean and we loved the screened in deck! Would stay again!"

"Loved our stay at the farmhouse! We had more than enough dishes and cookware for our stay. The beds were so comfortable. We were all fast asleep as soon as we hit the pillows. It was nice to be back in a farmhouse and you can see they took care to show the history and labor of love the home was. There were little things here and there that reminded me of my grandparents farmhouse and it was nice to reminisce."
