"I check in at 4pm & I ended up leaving at 8:30pm I was suppose to stay the weekend. place was partially clean, trash wasnt taking out, food in refrigerator. I found out the reason why later on.. when i read description it had stated that " You'll have the entire place & will share it with other guest in YOUR party". Which it was FALSE!! "This place was perfect with so many cool place to eat and great local bars within a short walk. It's also really close to downtown. Other than a lack of towel hooks in the bathroom I can't think of anything this place didn't have. I will definitely see if this place is available next time I'm in Atlanta."

"Stayed here for the NCAA National Championship. Great location, easy to get to and easy to get downtown and out. We rented a car versus relying on Lyft which can be a nightmare after a major sporting event. Host was super responsive and easy to work with. The house is depicted correctly. Three floors with lots of room. "

"This was a nice place to stay, very nice house and very clean the only issues we had was that it was very cold at night but we figured out how to work the thermostat eventually and the water would get cold pretty quick but other than that everything was fine. Definitely recommend this host for future guests!"

"We came down to see my boyfriends daughter graduate highschool, plus i wanted a get away ! This rental provided both, with enough room for them to visit and i even had privacy to do some work while i was there on a whole other floor. "House was excellent. Did have trouble with an AC unit which was rectified. Wi-Fi and TV did go out but was not reported during our stay. Range top was used but had difficulty heating to cook eggs. Listing leads to thinking hose in gated community but house is isolated and accessible through a locked gate. Access to house over rutted and rough dirt road. House very comfortable and everyone enjoyed the stay. Kids loved the pool and the frogs that accumulated there"
