My place is close to nightlife, the airport, the city center. You’ll love the " AMAZING OASIS" sit back and relax let your chef show of his culinary skills in the kitchen overlooking the heated swimming pool, the coziness, the high ceilings, the views, and the location makes my home the perfect place to relax, unwind and just get away from it all. My home (The Amazing Oasis) is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, corporate events, prayer breakfast, families (with kids), and Large groups, wedding parties, bachelorette and Bachelor Gatherings or just some good ole R&R!

Don't be afraid to get your cardio and work your abs in the gym that awaits you! My resort style home will sure to leave a a lasting rememberable experience to all my guess that stay! We also offer a private Chef and also a private Masseuse as well as Independent transportation service for your convenience pick up to and from the airport, Downtown City Life, mini tours, limousine service upon request.

My husband and I rented the property to relax and enjoy grandkids. The pool was the ultimate experience. The kids enjoyed three days of fun in the pool while we enjoyed watching them and relaxing. The house was spacious and accommodating to all our needs. We will definitely try to return soon.

I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. The property was exactly as described and well-maintained. Mr. Don was very hospitable, providing detailed instructions and quick responses to any questions I had. The location was perfect for my daughter's graduation celebration. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5-day stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

My family and I enjoyed the Mother's Day weekend there, the house was amazing and very cozy, they had everything they said they had and more.The host Don was with us every step of the way,no matter what time of the day he was only a phone call way. We will most definitely be coming back. Thank you so much Don for being a man of your word.

a super house that has everything from pool and hottub to a fantastic house set up with everything you need for a great family vacation including an amazing game room. the owner was excellent and helped us with all our needs. looking forward to coming back!

We rented the property for a small sweet 16 party for our daughter. Don communicated through the whole process. Was very clear about everything. Even suggested a chef for us if we needed. Property was great!! Even the weather was great and the kids got in the pool. I’ll never forget this weekend and I know she won’t either. Thank you Don for helping us create something that will be remembered for a lifetime! We are definitely coming back for an overnight getaway!

The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Don adds a special touch to make sure his guests feel safe and at home. I appreciate the hospitality. I only wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities available at the home. I definitely recommend this location. Thank you Don for making my stay enjoyable and memorable.

I would stay at your property again. It was great. Only thing I didn't like is, the extra fees. They were not mentioned when I booked. Icould not bring my dog after already paying for him on BRINGFIDO/VRBO.

My stay and my correspondence with the host was nothing short of amazing. The rental property was very clean and had everything one could need for a comfortable stay. From dishes and seasonings and down to plenty of towels and extra blanks. We felt right at home. I would highly recommend this property. Although I am a local our stay made us feel like we were on vacation and made my daughters smile very bright to celebrate her birthday!!!

This property looks like the pictures. The 3 bedrooms upstairs sleep 10-15 people depending on your group or couples. The yard is HUGE, we were able to park cars back there to keep them off the street and still had enough room to run around. The pool and jacuzzi made our stay THAT much better with it being 90 degrees! I will definitely be back

This property was just what we needed to celebrate our son college graduation and was designed to bring family together in one great space to enjoy each other’s company. Don was a wonderful host and he made sure my family was comfortable. He also surprised us with a nice graduation gift once we arrived to the home. And my grandkids really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi!🤗 We will definitely book again! Thank you again Don!!

This property was the perfect spot for our bachelor party. The house was very accommodating to each of our interests and many memories were made. Don was an incredible host and made sure that we were comfortable and safe during the entirety of our stay. If you’re ever planning a bachelor party or big gathering in the ATL area, I would highly recommend this property.

This was the best booking we have ever made! This home is spacious, beautiful and quite. The amenities are amazing....heated pool, hot tub, sauna and pool table made our trip wonderful. We nevee had to leave the home to enjoy our holiday getaway! Definetly going back. The host is amazing and helpful. Nice toyches like a 10 ft christmas tree was sumply amazing.

The pictures of 1208 New Haven Pass are most definitely deceiving. This home has all but been abandoned in terms of upkeep of both the interior and exterior. The following are the issues that my family and experienced during our stay: * Welcomed in the kitchen by a host of dead bugs. * Fire alarm chirping due to dead battery. *Kitchen sprayer has a hole in it. When faucet is on, water squirts everywhere. *Under kitchen is leaking & smelled of mildew. Plastic bags were placed under the sink to catch the water. *Broken blinds in living room as well as upstairs bedrooms. *Kitchen backdoor as was filthy. *Living room couch torn and sitting on wooden blocks. *Living/Dining room furniture was cheap/un sturdy. *Holes in wall in living room as well as upstairs. *Ceiling fans were filthy. Living room ceiling still had white party ribbon affixed to it. *Living/dining rooms had party favor remnants on the floor. *Pool table green needs replacing, holes in the pockets so balls land on the floor and the legs on the table are loose. *Pac man game malfunctions so couldn't enjoy it. *Some televisions worked, while others did not. *Front porch lights did not work. *Rugs on stairs leading upstairs as well as upstairs were filthy. Yet we were asked to remove our shoes. *Doorknobs to the M. bdrm as well as bedroom across from it locked by themselves which is evident by the broken wood underneath it where someone tried to open it. *Jack & Jill bathroom door did not lock. *Every bathroom was disgusting. Urine/pubic hairs on toilet/seat. However, paper was affixed to the seat as it had been cleaned. *M. Bdrm mattress cover had urines stains as if a dog hiked his leg & peed. *Every comforter had stains on them. *Rugs at kitchen back door as well as in the foyer were old/ dirty. *Pool railing was loose. My cousin injured her wrist while trying to hold on to it. Pool is not lined to denote the deep/shallow end. *Pool accessories (Balls) were all deflated. *Pool house smelled of mildew & television did not work. *Furniture outside of pool house was dry rotted & the pillows were dirty. The flooring was discolored & dirty. *Privacy fence was falling down, missing planks & needs to be painted. *Ant infestation outside patio area. *Not allowed to utilize the parking located in the back yard until Friday at 4:30 pm. We arrived Thursday at noon. *Asked to not put too much trash in the three cans on site, and to take excess trash with us. My 60th birthday was ruined!

We were excited to get to this property, especially knowing it had the pool and jacuzzi. Upon arrival everything looked great and we were happy. Then the exploration began, I have a sister who is in a wheelchair, can’t walk or stand on her own. There is only a Murphy bed on main floor, thank god, and the shower is not able to accommodate a person who can not stand on their own. Although they do provide a portable shower chair, it just wasn’t enough room for us to give her a shower. So no worries we made due, ran a garden hose from the slop sink in the washroom to the back porch. Not our first time having to do this. The kitchen was very under supplied, bring your own toaster and pots. We were a party of seven and ran out of toilet paper and trash bags. The back gazebo is in need of major repair as well as the barricade fence. The pool is starting to separate around the edges. The jacuzzi.was amazing. If I had planned a special event, I would’ve been disappointed. Although the host (Don) was easily accessible and a delight to deal with, the property needs some work. Thanks for the great memories. We definitely had a blast.

Came down for my daughter’s 20th birthday along with 2 of her friends. We had an amazing time. Property was wonderful, pool was amazing and everyone had tons a fun. Don was an amazing host from start to finish and looking forward to our next trip.

Lovely home with great potential. Just needs minor repairs. The host was communicative and accommodating. Has lots of connections to enhance your stay like a chef/masseuse etc. Overall, my family enjoyed the use of the home.
