"This house is perfectly located to meet our needs. The rooms were also clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and this is definitely a home we will re book when visiting with family in the area. "

"The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and all the necessities were present. There were also some nice touches in the house. The neighborhood was quiet and it's a quick drive to get groceries, pizza and donuts. Depending on what you are doing in the area this can be a good location to stay. The house does require the purchase of insurance which isn't visible on the initial VRBO summary so be advised of that when comparing. I still found this to be reasonably priced. We normally stay at...

"Great property, clean, great for the pups to run and play outside. Convenient to Brewton AL and Pensacola, FL.Kitchen had everything you would need to cook.One of the few VRBO that I have stayed in that had good fluffy towels and plenty of them. Very peaceful and pretty view. Definately would stay again."

"Nice property and perfect for our stay. Quiet, peaceful and great host! Stacy made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. This is a working horse farm so it has a little added charm for someone who loves the peace of an early morning! Definitely planning to return."

"My husband and I were totally impressed with the design of the room! Beds were very comfortable! Checking-in and out was super easy! Only bad part, we couldn't use the hot tub because the weather was already 100 degrees outside!Thank you for your warm hospitality and we look forward in coming again next year!!!Charles & Lin Crisco"

"The home was very clean and welcoming! The decor was beautiful and made you feel at home. All the amenities were a plus, just make sure to bring an iron if you anticipate needing to use one. The home provided everything else. Easy to find. Short distance from grocery store, Dollar General, fast food eateries, and gas stations. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive and polite. We would definitely return and would recommend to our friends and family for future stays. "

"The house was very spacious and was a perfect location for what where we needed. Neighborhood was clean and safe. Owner was very prompt answering the couple of questions we had, we would definitely stay there again!"

"My family and I were so amazed at how clean and beautiful the property was! We also really enjoyed all that was available for us to utilize to further enjoy our stay and beach trips! We plan to use this property again in the future when we come to town to visit our sailor! We loved everything! Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful home very clean and tidy! I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Our host was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival. "

"Wonderful!! It was the perfect spot for us. It was in a great location, very close to what we were there to do. Fantastic hosts!"

"This is a room inside the families home with a private bath. I was in the Pensacola area on business. The family was gracious and the hospitality was great. The location of the house is approximately a 50 minute drive to the Perdido Beach where I was working and a 25 mininute drive to the center of Pensacola in heavy traffic. It is in the country and it was exactly what I was looking for."

"This is a great cozy and comfortable studio to stay at if you are traveling,headed to the big city. Location is a small country town and for the price its worth it and at the same time its beautiful. The host Jennifer very sweet and inviting, I would definitely come back. "
