The highlights for us were the private decks and lake views, direct lake access, and the large supply of lake gear that included life jackets, water shoes, a large water mat and a baby float. "The house was lovely and well appointed. It was clean and we really only needed to bring food and beach towels for our stay. They even left us smores fixings. Our favorite part was the back deck that looked out over the water. It was nice to sit out there in the mornings, play games, and use the fire pit. "We really enjoyed this house. The owners were very responsive and the area was quiet and relaxing. The house was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the essentials (and more) that we needed. It was well decorated and furniture was all very comfortable. The WiFi worked excellent. Would definitely stay again!"

"Beautiful home and the lake access / lot is fantastic. Impressed and every family member from 17-60 enjoyed themselves. The owners attention to detail and luxurious touches were appreciated!!"

"We stayed at this home for a weekend getaway. The property was well maintained and comfortable and the outside deck/yard are perfect for hosting BBQ and sitting around the fire. The marina and boat launch were convenient and just a few minutes away from the house which quick and easy lake access to launch the boat and get the lake days started! Our stay was excellent! Would recommend! "

"Fun get away close to the water. Fishing was great!! Enjoyed the quiet mornings in the screened in porch with my coffee. Friendly atmosphere everywhere we went! Gotta go to little Dave’s for breakfast or grab a pizza for movie night. We look forward to our next visit."

"Terrific house! Minutes from Rough River Lake boat ramp and state park. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby also. well equipped kitchen and grill made cooking easy. There is a path that leads down to the water. No dock, but we were able to tie our boat up and leave overnight with no issues."

"The property has about everything you need for a relaxing lake get away. We had an absolute blast with our kids and grandkids. There were 3 adult couples and 3 children. It slept everyone comfortably. I would definitely recommend this escape to anyone wanting a peaceful escape. "

"This 2 bedroom home was just as stated. It was cozy and relaxing. The house was very clean with nice size bedrooms with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was a nice size with great water pressure for showering. And the washer and dryer was a great addition.This house was nestled in a quite neighborhood with a concrete driveway with the perfect place to sit and enjoy the outside.It was a perfect house to stay for us to visit my Aunt who is at the Grayson nursing home located within a few miles....

"The property was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes/pans you need for cooking. Coffee is only a keurig with no pods provided and we had brought ground coffee. We used the docks and they were easy to walk to. The lake is pretty. Not much lake view from the deck in summer due to trees. The boat ramp is super convenient if you need it. Little dave’s about 10 minutes away was great pizza and breakfast. There is a general store nearby also. Check in...
