"We checked in late and left early. It was dark both times, so we couldn't see the surrounding area. As I said, it was late, so I want to give the office staff the benefit of the doubt regarding his behavior. He seemed impatient with us and didn't want to talk. Normally, they will tell you what your room number is even though it's written down and they will direct you to your room. He did none of that.
I typically don't give bad reviews; I give what is deserved. I also consider how much we pay...

"This hotel is great. Breakfast was fresh and the eggs were delicious. Parking is easy and ample. It was nice to be able to take the staircase to the third floor sometimes after a long travel day.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub even though we never found the button for the jets.
The pillows were too soft for my preference but the room was not bad. It was so helpful to have a refrigerator. The lobby/breakfast area was clutch as my take-out meal didn't come with forks or napkins. Friendly staff...
