"Start off, there are roaches. Secondly, the pool was very cold and the complementary breakfast was very limited. When you complain to the staff, they say they can't do anything and would have to talk to the manager. I will give this less stars than one If I could. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again."

"There are a lot of renovations going on, and it might not be at the height of its game… But they do everything they can there to make you comfortable… Including upgrades and five star service. We would definitely go back they are renovating the spa which I believe is probably taking away from giving attention to other parts of the property, but I believe the owner and his staff have all the right intentions and because of that and because of their service, we will definitely be back."
